Summary: Our stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bath home rests on the back side of Whitmarsh Island under the famous Savannah moss-draped oaks. Come and relax on our large front porch and feel the breeze coming from Tybee or enjoy the back yard with a huge deck and screened-in porch. With plenty of space inside and out, our home is the perfect place for families and friends to gather! With easy access to the highway, downtown Savannah is a quick 15 minute drive. Best of all, Tybee island is just 10 minutes away! The Space: When you arrive at our home, you will be greeted with mature trees and a lovely covered front porch. Guests will have to navigate a small flight of stairs to the front door. Upon entry, you will have a formal dining room with large dining table directly to your right. Continue forward and you will find our living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV complete with Roku. Double doors will lead you outside to the large covered porch. There is also plenty of open air deck space and a fenced in back yard. Back inside, the full kitchen has plenty of counter space & a great bay window. You will find everything you need to settle in and feel "at home." There is also another little breakfast nook for casual meal times together. A half bathroom can be found on the main level as well. A "4th bedroom" can be accessed by going through the garage door in the kitchen. In the garage there is a set of stairs that will take you up to a separate part of the house. This 4th bedroom would be great for older kids who can enjoy a little bit of independence. You will find 2 double beds and a twin over twin bunk bed. The upstairs of our home boasts 3 additional bedrooms including a private master suite with king size bed and ensuite bath featuring a separate garden tub & shower. 2 additional bedrooms with full size beds and large closets, as well as another full bathroom complete the upper level of our home. As noted earlier, our outside space is a great place for kids and pets too! We look forward to hosting you, your family and friends! Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! We will provide you with the code upon check-in. The Neighborhood: Our house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and most of our neighbors have children and/or jobs. Our neighbors are great to us, and we try to be good neighbors, too! We ask that guests not throw large parties or have music our other outside noise past 9:30 p.m. Certainly, we love for families to come together and fellowship, but we do NOT allow large raucous parties that would disturb our neighbors. If you are wanting to have a larger gathering, just check with us. It may be fine for this house, or we may recommend another property in the area that would be a better fit for you. Getting Around: We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service our area as well. Other Things to Note: We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets. Our short term rental permit number for this home is OTC-023236. Interaction with Guests: We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here because Tybee island and downtown Savannah were both about 15–20 min away from the house. Host were very friendly and understanding.

Very spacious home. Great master suite. Bonus room over the garage gives you plenty of privacy! The patio and screen in porch is perfect for morning yoga or meditation. Fully equipped kitchen. 4 cars can comfortably Park in the drive way . No night walking . Street lights are limited. 12 miles from the beach . Lots of food options.
