About this house rental

Fully renovated three-bedroom beach house, which is centrally located, providing a flat, level walk to village CBD and beaches. The property was renovated with the beach house vibe in mind and translates into an open plan, cozy house with an emphasis on outdoor living.

The property boasts three bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and one with veranda access. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower over bath outfit and the lounge room is tastefully finished with a cozy fireplace. The property boasts a stylish, new, open-style kitchen with large island, gas cooktop, separate wall oven, dishwasher and granite benchtops. This area then opens out onto the huge covered outdoor entertainment area which has been fitted with louver outdoor blinds, which can be closed off or left open so that the space can be enjoyed no matter the weather. The property has recycled hardwood flooring throughout and is expertly finished.

The tenant has no use of the garage (Owners storage) but you are able to access the laundry in the garage and the second shower and toilet. Secure off street parking for three vehicles, Wifi, fully fenced, central location and the beach house theme, this property has it all.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fridge was not set up correctly or broken as it had no Ice box and the ice machine kept turning on the sewer backed up on the day we arrived and was unusable so we went home a day early

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely location. The property has wonderful facilities. We enjoyed our time immensely. Only very small fault was no mirrors in main bedroom and second bathroom is in the garage/laundry.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, clean home in great location, provided with all the essentials for a great stay. The only feedback is that the costs to rent linen were way too high in my opinion . This ended up being an extra $115 and we had to make the beds ourselves. I would’ve brought my own if I knew it would be this expensive. Overal we had an amazing time here, would definitely come back.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A lovely renovated house with a great outdoor area to enjoy a bbq and drinks. The 2 bedrooms were good. The single bed in the TV room was extremely uncomfortable and so was the sofa bed in the other room. Although there is a combustion fire place, no wood was supplied and it wasn’t cleaned from the previous use. The house was very cold as it was an usual cool week in May. We needed to clean the fire place and purchase the wood. We spoke to the real estate about this and sadly the agent was very rude to us. With an air conditioner and good bedding this would be a perfect place to,stay. It is a flat and short walk to town and the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was good except for the fact it looked like the floors haven’t been vacuumed out mopped in months. All over the glasses and crockery were unclean. We did the courtesy of taking off our shoes on entry. Big mistake our feet ended up black from the dirtiness and the bbq was disgusting we even won 2 meat trays and we weren’t able to cook them in the house in that condition. The back deck was nice too bad you can’t touch the blinds because they are broken and in need of repair.
