The Space:

A lovely space set on 17 acres of land where you can unwind and relax. This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. The bathroom, however, follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings. Walk around the property, have a hit of tennis, swim in the pool (cold in winter), or just relax, read a book and pat the animals.

- Keep in mind that we have 3 dams on the property
- Fresh eggs, milk, butter, and spreads are provided to guests
- Please advise that we have free-roaming animals from 2:30-4:00 PM
- CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED due to 3 unfenced dams and farm hazard on-site
- If you’d like a campfire, please bring firewood or you may purchase it from the service stations
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

- Please advise that there will be some animal and farmyard noise during your stay with us
- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the property's rural location, you may encounter inconveniences such as insects during your stay
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
