Great accommodations for entire family, including grandparents! Hosts were quick to respond to any questions or needs! Super location! An outdoor grill and outdoor furniture would have been helpful since the weather was lovely, otherwise, we all had a wonderful time in this lovely home!

Nice house with great location - would have given 4.5 rating - down from a 5 due to cumbersome access through back basement door.
However we gave a 3 due to poor maintenance of the space. The space is showing major wear and tear and not being touched up. Other specifics are: front porch light didn’t work. First floor bench legs were broken and propped up instead of being repaired or removed from the space. The dishwasher was not attached so when you close the door to start - it slides back into the space. We gave 3 on cleanliness due to ants on the front window sill, back sliding door and bugs in the basement. The master shower door didn’t close. When you pulled the glass to close the door, water still leaks out on the bathroom floor. The master shower floor is slippery when wet when you first step in. The other 2nd floor shower valve to direct water from spout, sprayer, and rain head was stripped and came off. Fortunately it was set on sprayer so it still worked.
It’s too bad the house isn’t being maintained.

This house was perfect for the eight of us. My husband and I took my grandsons to the Gateway Dirt Nationals. The house was about 3 miles from where we needed to be but not a bad drive. Owners were very accommodating. The house was clean and comfortable. Yard is well lit up at night. The only draw back would be we ran out of hot water a couple of times. Not a deal breaker we just planned for it. Would definately rent again.

This is a wonderful property in a clean, quiet neighborhood and it was a perfect home base for four couples to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The property was clean and modern with easy street and garage parking. The common areas were the perfect size for our group and the bathrooms and bedrooms were well appointed. It’s an easy walk to all the action in the CWE and a short drive to Soulard, The Hill, the garden district or the ballpark. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again.

Six of us, all adults, stayed four nights at the property. It’s in a nice neighborhood, a short walk to the grocery store and only about a 10-minute drive to Washington University. The house and beds were very comfortable. It has a 2-car garage, but street parking out front is also available and safe. We cooked one night in the fully equipped kitchen. I recommend this property if you have a group and need to stay in the area.

The temperature between basement and top floor was significant. It was cold downstairs and hot upstairs. Having the garage and backyard were great. Service and responses to questions were answered promptly. The internet service was shut off early am before 8:00.

STL weekend stay
My family of 6 stayed at this property for 4 days. When I booked, I thought we might have 10 staying but did not. We all enjoyed the house....roomy enough for us for sure! Loved the decor. The location was good...a 15 minute walk or so to shops and restaurants around Euclid and Lindell. My mom lives out in Manchester which was an easy 20 minute drive. My only tiny wish was for a few more electrical outlets in the kitchen area! Easy drives to Busch and Muny!

We made this priority work great for our weekend in St. Louis! It’s beautiful and very clean! Perfect location, with a quiet neighborhood!
Not deal breakers but things to note: limited lounge seating if utilizing capacity of 12 people, as noted in other reviews the top floor bathroom drain was really slow which resulted is some of our guests using our shower, not being able to lock up without going through basement was inconvenient with some of our guests parking out front.
All in all, the property is wonderful.

Just steps away excellent
We made this priority work great for our weekend in St. Louis! It’s beautiful and very clean! Perfect location, with a quiet neighborhood!
