About this apartment rental

This 2-bedroom 2 bath end unit sits directly on Treasure Island Beach with a heated inground Community Pool! Condo comfortably sleeps 6 people with a king size bed in each bedroom and 2 chairs that convert to twin beds in the living area. Tile throughout with a fully stocked kitchen that includes a washer and dryer. Minimum age: one guest must be at least 25 years old. There is a front desk to check in at. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY 1 parking spot comes with the reservation, and it is an assigned parking spot. We will not be able to help you find parking for any additional cars. Daily/nightly dock rentals can be reserved and paid for through Oceana Provident directly.

Great location on the beach, close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. St. Johns Pass is very close!

So many places close to the complex and a trolley is available at a nominal fee.

305W at Oceana in Treasure Island is the perfect destination for your visit to the white sandy beach at Treasure Island. From the 3rd floor balcony, enjoy the fabulous view of surf, sand, and the unbelievably lovely sunsets! There is a sand rinse off station on the 3rd floor, directly outside the 305W unit, so as to keep the unit free of excess sand!

There is a Beach Equipment rental on the beach! Check in across the street at Oceana West building on the second floor between 9am-9pm daily. Arrivals outside of this timeframe will be given an off site, yet close by, address for your check in.

Pool temperature: please be advised that heated pools will likely have uncomfortably cold water when cold weather arrives. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

The location of this property was great. The only downside to this property is it is independently owned and managed by their management company. The living room TV had no access to the internet which we couldn't enjoy Netflix or YouTube. The water pressure in the master bed room was extremely low. We asked for a late check out and got charged for it with no phone call no notice since it was the weekend.

Location was nice and quiet, right on the beach. There were benches on the beach which was nice. Unit was well equipped. The guest bedroom is a little tight. Owner might want to swap out the king bed for a queen. Other than that, no complaints.
