We were extremely pleased with our stay in this comfortable, well stocked home. We did not use the pool, however it looked clean and well kept.
Communication with both the owners and manager was excellent. They were very flexible with our schedule when unexpected issues arose. We highly recommend staying in this well cared for home.

The house was spacious and kitchen well equipped. Clean and clear of dust. Plenty of towels and well appointed bathroom.
It had all that we needed. Even a Cornhole game that looked brand new that we broke in.

We had a great stay at this property. I was running a race just north of Phoenix and the location was perfect. The home was well appointed for our group of 4 people. It was very clean, had everything we needed and the host and owner were SUPER responsive and easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend this property if you're staying in Phoenix. :)

Communication with owners are responsive. Any question I would ask they were promptly answered. The kids enjoyed the pool. The beds are very comfortable. We definitely would like to return and stay again. Thank you guys.

I enjoyed the stay but 2 days before checking in they send a list of rules that some seemed a bit much. I've stayed at many rentals and this one had me a bit nervous. I think I was a bit on edge about making any error (such as a stained towel is $20 fee) that it made it a bit more difficult to really enjoy the home!
Other than that it was fine!

We had a really wonderful stay. The house is lovely and well equipped with everything you need. It was in a great location, close to restaurants and shops. We were in town visiting family and found that this house met our needs perfectly. The owners are very responsive and easy to reach. Check in and check out were both very easy. I highly recommend this property.

Great family rental!
Rental homes never have comfortable beds and furniture, great linens, clean, and are fully stocked with whatever you need, but this one DID! Great location. Was about 15-20 mins away from the Wildlife park, golfing, baseball fields, mall, and more. Super impressed! We’ll be back!

We had to make an emergency trip to the the Peoria area to visit my father in law. This house was reasonably priced and has everything we needed. I had a pretty serious mountain bike accident while we were there and had to leave a day early. The owners graciously refunded our money for the day we didn’t use, without us even asking.

The house & location was great for our week in AZ. Check in process was very easy, house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner checked in with us which was so nice & greatly appreciated. The information book was really informative, detailed and organized. We would definitely stay here again!
