This single level home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen stocked with all of the essentials and a dining table. The backyard is fully enclosed with a large grass lawn that makes for a comfortable area for pets and family should they accompany you on your travels.
The bed accommodation set up is as follows:
Master bedroom with King size mattress
Second bedroom with another King size mattress
Third bedroom with bunk beds - two queen over queen size mattresses
Fourth bedroom is queen sized mattress
Pack and play for infant/toddler
Queen sized air mattress
With all the essentials in this home, you're set up for success with the appliances you might need including a washer and dryer, private access to the entire home, parking garage and best of all - top of the line Tempur Pedic mattresses with hotel-grade linens in all rooms including the bunk beds, to ensure that each and every member of your group has the most comfortable quality of sleep.
In the main level living area you can kick back and enjoy a 65" Roku Smart TV, equipped with all of your favorite streaming needs of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime video and so much more.
We have a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. Come and go as you please, we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time!
This beautiful home is tucked away in a private family friendly neighborhood, minutes from the freeway and located within just two miles of the year round festivities of the popular Village in Meridian, you have quick and easy commute time to get around the Treasure Valley.
House Rules and Important Notices:
Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.
Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below
Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
