Cozy up in Hawthorne 1421 for the perfect vacation oasis!

This is a walk-in unit with elevator access and the entire unit is on one level – no steps inside the unit. There is wood flooring and an electric fireplace in the living area. From the dining area, you can access the large private deck or simply enjoy the fantastic lake view through the large windows from the comforts of this condo! The open living space allows the kitchen, dining, and living areas to all flow! The fully equipped kitchen is waiting for you! It is stocked with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, island, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters throughout!

There are three bedrooms in this condo, all with King beds. There are three bedrooms in this condo, two with King beds and the third with a queen bed.bedrooms. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with 3′ X 4′ shower, deep soaking tub, double sinks, and a custom walk-in closet. The 2nd bath is off the hallway with a door to the 2nd bedroom also, it includes a 3′ x 4′ shower. A full-size front loading washer and dryer is in the hall laundry.

When I booked my stay I immediately received information about the condo. I received a free ticket to SDC- BONUS! We had 8 people in the condo. It was so nice and comfortable. The people who lived there were so nice too. The pool was close and very clean. We mostly enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t super loud at all. The environment was great for family. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed the area for our family vacation. Having an elevator worked great for my son in a wheelchair. Having wheelchair access to the pool would have made it better for him to get there.

Spent Thanksgiving at this nice condo. Had the kitchen equipment needed to cook a full turkey dinner. Lovely view of lake. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean.

Despite the few issues mentioned above, this is one of our favorite condos to stay at while in Branson, and we look forward to future stays with you! I only spoke to members of the team once before arrival and on the day we checked out. Both times, they were super friendly and helpful! I enjoyed talking with them.

Quality condo where the pictures actually matched the property. We are very picky about "Clean". This condo was good to go. View of Table rock is viewable from every back window in the home. Beds were very comfortable. These condos really are on the side of a mountain so parking is a little tight. We will definitely be back.

This condo was perfectly fitted for five adults! The views are exquisite and the very large patio seats six plus two lounge chaises. We will definitely return in the fall and spring as it’s a bit too hot to enjoy the patio during the summer. Highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay at this property. Everything is exactly as shown, except the view is even better than the website indicates. Our only complaint was that the condo was not available at check-in time due to some maintenance work, but it was only delayed approximately 25 minutes.

We had a perfect stay at Treehouse condo 1421! The view was amazing! This was our first time staying at Indian Point and we loved it. Close enough to everything, but somewhat removed from all of the craziness of Branson. We will absolutely stay here again!

Very nice property and well appointed. Great size TV and TVs in all bedrooms. Great size balcony. Kitchen could have Used better can opener, extra dish towels, and cutting board, more trash bags, but that is an easy fix. Would definitely come again.
