Unit 202 is a two-bedroom, one-bath corner unit with a wraparound balcony offering the largest private outdoor living space in SoCe! Other notable features include west and north facing views and an outdoor dining table that seats four. SoCe Flats is an exciting new condominium development in the most desirable neighborhood in Naples, the Paradise Coast?s most coveted beach town. "SoCe", named for the ideal location South of Central Avenue in Olde Naples, offers the unique opportunity for a luxurious short-term vacation stay, walking distance to the beach and elegant 5th Ave S shopping and dining district. The building was designed by renowned local architect, MHK, and the interiors are decked out with finishes and furnishings selected by coastal contemporary design experts, Clive Daniel Home. UNIT DETAILS: The floor plan for unit 202 includes a fully equipped kitchen with white quartz countertops and a breakfast bar open to the dining area and living room. The living room and both bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the balcony with west and north exposure. The primary bedroom with a king-size bed offers north views and the second bedroom with a queen-size bed offers west views. Both bedrooms have roll down privacy shades and blackout window drapes. The bathroom is located off the hallway between the bedrooms and has a frameless glass enclosed shower. Covered parking on the ground floor is included for one vehicle. AMENITIES: Onsite, the 18-unit building has an open air amenity deck on the third floor which features an outdoor grilling area, lounge and dining seating, and a TV. PETS: Some dogs will be considered. If you have an animal in your party, please provide the breed and age for consideration prior to booking. A pet cleaning surcharge of $100 and $25/day in pet rent will apply for all approved pets. LOCATION: SoCe is located along the growing "8th Street Corridor" in Olde Naples just four short blocks from 5th Ave S and eight blocks from beach access at the end of charming 1st Ave S. Many other conveniences are within walking distance such as Wynn?s gourmet market and CVS. Designed to offer urban sophistication and amenities within a quaint beach town setting, SoCe Flats is an ideal place to enjoy the increasingly cosmopolitan Naples lifestyle! As is common throughout Olde Naples, there is construction ongoing nearby. A new building is being constructed to the south which impacts the views from the Amenity Deck but is not visible from inside the unit or from the balcony of 202. Noise is not of concern due to the building?s solid concrete construction and impact grade windows.

Our only regret about this visit to Naples is that it rained most of the days and it was cold. We had one sunny day in two weeks.

Our son had to sleep without a blanket for two nights until management arranged for a blanket. We were not happy about that. Also, the hot tub was filled with algae. Also, the dog fee for two dogs was exorbitant, in our opinion, being $550 for two small well behaved dogs for one week. Aside from that, the unit was clean and new, and the location was central to things.

Great location just a 5 min walk to 5th Ave and a 15 min walk to the beach through beautiful neighbourhoods. Husband and I came on business but enjoyed the surroundings like we were on vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit location was great. Two blocks from downtown and 8 minute walk to the beach. The unit was brand new in a new development. We had my family of f which is 4 females in one bathroom which is not ideal but worked out fine. The building has no amenities but has a partnership with a resort that does.

We we very comfortable.

Reviewer Comments: Holiday Life has the very best properties available for short term rental at SoCe Flats in Naples Florida, I have rented 3 different units in this building from Holiday Life and they have all been perfect. High emd furniture, bedding, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets and appliances, everythinf is just beautiful and well maintained. After having my home destroyed in Hurricane Ian and moved straight into SoCe Flats and its feels like my own home and I am so grateful, thank you Holiday Life xoxo!

Close to 5th Ave, tennis and less than 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Would be nice if you could install some bike racks rather than locking to railings.

There were many more pluses than minuses. I believe there's a problem with some of the electrical receptacles. Many of them would charge our devices at one time, and then on another, would charge at all. We would wake up in the morning and find they had -0- charge. Then, they could charge again. We had to test each outlet carefully to see if they were charging. This was a minor issue as the condo was very well designed (except for having only one sink for 2 bedrooms) and furnished. Overall, a very pleasant experince.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 nights at SoCe Flats in a beautiful condo unit in December. The unit was immaculately clean, and provided everything we could have imagined needing for a longer stay. It is 3 short blocks to 5th Avenue and shopping, restaurants and more. Great location. The building still has some construction going on, but was quiet inside and the rental company was great and super responsive.
