The studio has two queen size beds, dining area for (4), large work desk, sofa chair and ottoman, cable tv, large closet space, large balcony with 4 chairs and a fully equipped kitchenette with a counter hot plate to cook small meals, microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot with reusable filter, small counter for preparing coffee or small meals. Blender and toaster may be requested in advance if needed. Blow dryer/ironing items. Very comfortable space layout for 4.
Please view photos. The building is located right in front of the bay , steps from the beach, pools and restaurants. The unit itself is facing the street side with landscaping view. Walk to the back side of the building where the water is calm, you can watch the mangroves, manatees, dolphins, sail boats, fishing boats, kayaking, paddle boarding, beautiful catamarans and pontoons peacefully riding by :) then head down to the giant Pier to get a photo at the Pier. A must!

Tiki Bar by the beach (live music daily for a couple of hours) and a full bar by the canal as well. Very easy to have a chill vacay here.

3: We offer cots, high chairs, Pack N Play, baby gates and Grill rentals (when available)
4: Our homes are SELF-SERVE, guests are advised to bring their own consumables. What do we provide? We provide towels, linens, a fully equipped kitchen and all furnishings. Utilities, free Wi-Fi, free Parking and access to all amenities! Additionally, when we prepare the studio for our guests, our cleaning crew leaves toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen, 3 trash bags, dish detergent, 1 sponge and /shampoo/conditioner/hand soaps.
5: How does check in work? We send guests the door code the morning of their arrival. Once you enter the unit, you will receive a parking pass, 1 pool card and Wifi Information.Our unit also has a binder filled with information about the area, emergency contact numbers, house rules, community rentals and Tampa Bay activities.

Beautiful area but this unit was very dated & had a terrible moldy smell. The bathroom had a very strong smell of urine. I called the host, and she proceeds to tell us that the smell must be coming from another unit which was ludicrous. She offered to give us two nights of our money back. After already paying a host fee, as well as a cleaning fee, we decided to stay because of a very busy schedule with my mother’s 90th birthday over the weekend. I would not recommend this place to anyone and the host was very rude.

The location of the property was fantastic, great beach and pool access. Property manager was very responsive. There were a few hiccups with maintenance, but property manager communicated well and resolved the issues promptly. Overall, was a comfortable, private place with good amenities and was perfect for a long weekend stay.

Good Value, if you like cold showers.
The room we rented was fine for our 2 night stay. The beds are comfy, which I loved. However, The coverlet in my bed seemed a bit stained so I could not use it in good faith, but there were no other blankets available in the unit, and an extra light cotton blanket would have been great.
There were no filters for the coffee maker, so be sure to bring your own.
My biggest complaint which might be a problem for future guests is we couldn’t get the shower to run with warm water. We both took refreshing cold showers. The other sinks do run warm, so it’s not about the water heater, it’s the actual shower faucet, doesn’t go to a warm setting.
All of the above was emailed to the only contact I had for the stay, and 2 days later, I have not received any reply. I’m sure they will have some more complaints.

The resort and property were very nice. The pools were well maintained. Having two restaurants/bars on the property was very convenient. The private beach was very nice. The room was sufficient, however the bathroom fan was not working, and when sharing one bathroom with multiple people, that is a problem. But overall the price was good for a place right at the beach.

Nice Getaway
The room and area were nice. the room was clean. great for a short stay. convenient to pool and beach. 2 close restaurants. A little drive to get to a store. overall was a great week and lots of relaxing. Beautiful sunsets. PS. property owner was great to work with. prompt and accommodating. we would come back again.
