About this house rental

Sleeps 20 plus!! 19 comfortably in beds. There is a basement with 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area and pool table. The basement is available upon request and for additional fees. *PLEASE ASK ABOUT THE BASEMENT. With the basement there are beds for 24 people. The Grand has just undergone a massive facelift and is ready for YOU! Situated on 2+ acres, you will enjoy lots of peace and privacy. You'll love the huge windows and amount of light they allow to pour into every space. All gathering areas are roomy and furnished to invite getting cozy with your crew. This cabin is filled with natural stone, concrete, steel, soft carpeting and rugs, large soaking tub, indoor sauna, towering stone fireplace, wood floors, and soft duvets and linens.

The great room has two sectionals, four oversized chairs for lounging, a massive stone fireplace, and a 75" smart tv. The kitchen was expanded to be twice its original size and includes two refrigerator/freezers, two dishwashers, three ovens, three sinks, two washer/dryer units and two islands.

The loft area invites the young ones (and young at heart!) to enjoy a 70" smart tv, deep leather sofa, chalkboard walls and tables to seat 10 for arts and crafts, puzzle working, and board games. An unexpected bonus for the little ones is a dress-up station, complete with clothes, props, and mirror! Two "secret rooms" upstairs each have trundle beds and provide cozy little retreats that are curtained off from the other spaces. All bedrooms have high end mattresses and cozy bedding.

The huge wrap-around deck and fire pit will have you spending lots of time outdoors on those cool, crisp evenings. Grab your smores sticks, a deck of cards, and a pal or two for endless fun. Gaze into the black night sky and marvel at every single star you are able to see while away from the city.

This massive cabin is a true retreat and the perfect place for those large gatherings you've been dreaming of. Perfect for reunions and workshops of all kinds! Come enjoy a slower pace, relaxation, and reconnection with yourself and others. We know that you will love spending time at this forest getaway, and we are so excited to share it with you!

*There is also the basement for additional room upon request and for and additional fees.

This was a great place with plenty of room for our large family. Our host Lyndsey was awesome! Would definitely recommend it and would book this place again!

Careful thought was put into furnishing this beautiful cabin. Sleeping area for everyone and most importantly, plenty of seating for large groups. Well done!

we had an enjoyable stay. It was very clean and presented a great setting for family members to enjoy spending time with each other. Appliances all worked. The air conditioning was a nice plus. Beds were comfortable.

We stayed here as a family retreat from the heat and noise of the city. We range in ages from adults, teens, tweens, kids, all the way down to a one-and-half-year-old. The positives: The property is beautiful and tastefully updated. There is definitely a visual WOW factor as soon as one walks in. The pictures do the property justice! There was plenty of room for our group of 16 to spread out and the kitchen is very nicely appointed. I personally really enjoyed the sauna! The gift basket that was provided was awesome, and we used a lot of what was in there during our stay. There are also a couple of cute local antique stores and cafes that we really enjoyed shopping and eating at. The negatives: What was very unfortunate about this property is that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. It is listed in the amenities when you book as having AC...but when we were sent the instructions for our stay a few days beforehand (far too late to cancel), it states "**PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING** ." This made for a rather uncomfortable stay as it was quite warm during the day and was not cool enough at night for sleeping. We noticed it as soon as we checked in. It was very stuffy and warm in the house...especially up stairs. For the cost per day of this property, they really should provide air conditioning in the summer months...or charge much less. I imagine in the winter this property is amazing. But as it was June, and temps were approaching 90 degrees, the AC situation really cast a bit of a pall on our stay and I would not have booked this property had I known in advance that it didn't have it. There was also some confusion about the basement area, and ultimately we were told it was not part of our rental space. This too was really disappointing as it was by far the coolest (temp-wise) area of the home. The other thing to note for anyone staying in this area, is there isn't a proper grocery store within 30 miles. There are two small local stores that have most necessities, but if you are looking for something specific, you will need to plan ahead.

Great Property for Large Group
Great Property for Large Group
We stayed at the property for 3 nights and had 17 people. The space was great for a large group and the "tweenagers" loved the basement area to watch TV and play video games. Solid property, well appointed and very comfortable.
