Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a private pool with hot tub, backyard area, outside showers, fish cleaning sink and gas grill. Inside you'll find a Recroom with 2 foosball tables and backyard access, Bedroom with a DuoBunk and flat-screen TV, 2-stall garage.
Mid Level: Recroom with flat-screen TV, pool table, game table seating 4, full size refrigerator, microwave and pool deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, double sided gas fireplace, whirlpool tub and pool deck access, King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, double sided gas fireplace, whirlpool tub and deck access, King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a Bedroom with 2 DuoBunks with flat-screen TV and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas). Laundry room with utility sink, washer and dryer.
Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, gas fireplace and deck access, dining area seating 12, kitchen with 2 dishwashers, wine captain, island with prep sink, counter seating for 8 and deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, double sided gas fireplace, whirlpool tub and private deck access. Bedroom with 2 Singles, flat-screen TV and a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas).
Extras: Private Pool (18 x 36), Hot Tub, 9 TVs, adjacent community beach walk way, high speed internet access, high chair, 3 pack-n-plays, baby gate, pool table, 2 foosball tables, basketball hoop, outside showers, fish cleaning sink, utility sink, gas grill, 2 full size refrigerators, wine captain, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, parking for 10 vehicles, 4 gas fireplaces (available November 1- April 30) and linens and towels provided. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
