Just minutes away from the ocean, lush hikes, town centre & more. We are in the perfect location, where a 15 minute walk can take you right to the Dromana pier.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood we are close to Arthurs seat & Eagles point with great walks & pristine views!
We are close to Red hill wineries, farmers markets, local breweries & distilleries, & only a short drive the Peninsula hot springs.
Our home is a clean, spacious and open area. You'll find it very cozy and comfortable to make your vacation relaxing and fun.
There are three bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and two bedrooms with queen beds. Each bedroom has generous closet space.
The home is surrounded by a beautiful, lush garden filled with Australian natives and an abundance of plants. The living space is in the front part of the house, where you get just the right amount of light to enjoy the space. The kitchen, dining, and living area are all surrounding each other in a really open and spacious area.
The kitchen is fully equiped with all your cookware needs, a fridge/freezer, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, and oven. The laundry is supplied with a washer and dryer, and two clotheslines outside along the side of the residence.
The outside area along the side of the house, has a bbq, which is available for you to use, and a fully covered seating area. Off the living area is the front patio, with an outdoor setting, which catches the morning sun, and is covered with a little seating area for you to enjoy your morning coffee.
It's about a 5 minute drive to the beach, a 15 minute walk to Dromana Pier and restaurants. A few of our favourite local places to go for dinner is La Onda Latin Mex, a delicious authentic Mexican restaurant and Zero95 Pizza Bar, with authentic wood fire Italian pizza. The town centre, is in this area too, just another 5 minute walk East, where there is a great IGA called Ritchies. Ritchies has everything you could want, from a fantastic deli, bakery, selection of seafood, meats, & dairy products, organic & speciality products, and a great selection of produce.
