The White House is our stunning, flagship property presented by Exclusive Short Stays. This property is something to behold. It is a high-end, luxurious and spacious home with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 14 guests. Recently fully renovated, we aim to give you a boutique-hotel experience.

You can be sure of a luxurious stay from the minute you walk through the door. Every room has been uniquely designed and exudes a stylish wow factor. As you explore the house, you will be amazed at what it offers.

The house has been designed to create a stylish and elegant atmosphere where you will experience luxury throughout. You will have the whole house to yourself, so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. We have paid every attention to detail, from the luxurious and comfortable orthopaedic mattresses to the sumptuous pillows, duvets and blackout curtains; all to ensure you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep.

We provide a state of the art, fully equipped kitchen with all the modern facilities you will require. Appliances include: 5 ring gas hob, extractor fan, premium Nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino with a complimentary selection of coffee, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, condenser dryer, American style fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board. We also provide complimentary tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.

All the bedrooms have 32 inch 4K smart HDTVs with Netflix and hairdryers. We provide complimentary toiletries for guests such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and all towels and linen are provided and changed once a week for stays of over 7 days.

In the lounge, you can relax on our vast sofa whilst watching the massive 65 inch 4K smart UHD TV with the complete Sky package (Sky Sports, BT Sports HD, Sky Movies, Sky Entertainment and Netflix). There is also a sofa bed if required. We provide super fast WiFi that extends throughout the house using the state of the art Ubiquiti system.

The dining area has a large, elegant table for 8 people that can double up as a workspace. The open plan kitchen has a central island with bar stools so guests can relax and socialise in comfort whilst cooking. There is a small dining table and a 55 inch 4K UHD smart TV with the complete Sky package and Netflix, so you enjoy quality entertainment throughout the house.

The office area, next to the lounge, is perfect for those that need a space to work and then relax whilst overlooking the beautiful garden view.

Outside, you can relax and unwind in the newly landscaped, private and vast garden. You can enjoy the tranquil surrounding and take in the view at the end of the day on the patio whilst socialising on the Rattan furniture.

Clean towels, fresh bed linen, ironing board, tea, coffee, white sugar, sweetener, biscuits and milk are provided.

The front drive can accommodate 8-10 vehicles (no height restrictions).

The White House is located in the heart of Solihull with the town centre and Touchwood Retail centre only 0.2 miles away. This means you can walk into town for retail therapy, dine in restaurants or socialise at night knowing you are only a short distance from home.

If you wish for further retail therapy, then Resorts World is only a 10 minutes drive away. For those visiting for shows and exhibitions at the National Exhibition Centre, then you are only 8 minutes drive away. The White House is perfectly located so you are only a few minutes from the M42 or Birmingham International Airport. For those working or visiting Jaguar Lan Rover, then you are a 7 minute drive away.

The White House would be perfect for those looking to visit the Midlands with its wide range of attractions and surrounding historical towns and villages, including Stratford Upon Avon, The Cotswolds and Warwick.

We place an emphasis on cleanliness and our team of cleaners are trained to maintain a high standard of hygiene. For security purposes there is CCTV that views the front drive, side of the house and back garden. No private spaces are viewed. Minut noise sensors are located in the kitchen and lounge.
