Two single beds, built-in wardrobe and open plan shelving for storage, basin, mirror and hairdryer

A steep winding staircase leads to the second floor

Accessed via an accompanying dressing room with built-in wardrobes, dressing table, armchair, hairdryer and full length mirror

Enclosed garden with well established flower beds, which contains an outdoor table, with a large parasol, seating for six and a charcoal BBQ

The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants (aged 2 or under)
Bed linen and towels are provided - the bedding is a mixture of feathered and hypoallergenic
Free on-street parking is available outside, or close to, the property. If travelling in more than one car, due to space limitations, guests may need to use one of the public car parks (Pay & Display) a short walk from the property
1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)

This is a very old property and has many character features, including low ceilings and doors, uneven floors, steep stairs to the first floor, steep winding stairs from the first to the second floor, an open sided landing space at the top of the staircase to the second floor, and some steps on the ground floor of the house, all of which could pose difficulty to guests with limited mobility, or carrying babies, both in terms of their general movement and their ability to quickly exit the house in the event of an emergency
The smoke and CO detectors operate on a sound only basis and, therefore, those who have serious impairment of hearing may not be able to hear the alarm systems and could be at risk
No smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property
