About this cottage rental
Well Cottage s a delightful cottage situated in Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire. It has two super king-size double both with en-suites, one twin and one single bedroom with a family bathroom all located on the first floor. The ground-floor comprises of two sitting rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, a utility and a cloakroom (in utility room on the ground floor). Outside has an enclosed lawned garden with a patio area and furniture as well as off-road parking for three cars. Well Cottage is a wonderful country retreat in the heart of the Cotswolds. . One well behaved pet welcome charges apply. Please note the property has 3 bathrooms and one ground floor WC. Please Note that the bed can be made as a super kingsize or twin. Requests for these must be made at least two weeks prior to arrival.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire and woodburning stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer( in the hallway from the back door) , kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer (in the utility room) dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Downstairs WC and washbasin in utility room. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 3 cars. Private enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue. One well behaved pet welcome charges apply. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Note: This property requires a refundable £350.00 Good Housekeeping bond. Note: Please request bed make up with 7 days of arrival.

Bourton-on-the-Water is affectionately known as the Venice in the Cotswolds due to the River Windrush running alongside the charming high street, where several low stone bridges span. The village is home to a plethora of attractions including The Model Village, Cotswold Motor Museum, Birdland Park and Gardens as well as a Dragonfly Maze and plenty of eclectic shops, pubs cafés and restaurants.
