Hillside is a well-presented cottage resting in the picturesque town of Shaftesbury, on the Dorset and Wiltshire border. Hosting five bedrooms including three king-size with TVs and en-suite shower rooms, one of which being on the ground floor, a king-size with a TV and a twin with a TV, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to ten guests. There is also an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and terrace gardens with a lawn, patio and a hot tub. Hillside is a fabulous retreat for a family holiday. Note: This property is not suitable for people who are elderly or infirm due to steep location. .Note:There is a Type 2 electric car charge point at the property. There is a flat fee charge of £30 to use the facility during your holiday
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. 2 x electric ovens and gas hob, microwave, fridge, chest freezer, 2 x dishwasher, Smart TV and full fibre WiFi (150mb). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Terraced gardens and patio with furniture, gas barbeque and wood-fired hot tub (arriving in September). One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, strictly no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: Steep hill to the woods below, children to be supervised outside. Note: Hot tub will be available from September onwards. Please note: This property is suitable for family holidays. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar. Note: This property may not suitable for people who are are less mobile or for wheelchairs due to steep location, althought the path leading to property has a handrail. Note:There is a Type 2 electric car charge point at the property. There is a flat fee charge of £30 to use the facility during your holiday. Note: The ground - floor bedroom is accesed via two steps.
