The property is an ideal base to explore Soller. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing break. The pool and gardens are spacious and provide sun and shade all day long. The air con is a welcome relief on hot days. We look forward to returning soon.

The house is lovely and in a great location. The grounds of the house are great and there's lots of space inside and out. Some aspects of the house are feeling a little tired since our last visit - the decor is quite dated and the air conditioning isn't particularly effective - but it's still a great house.

This is a perfect holiday home in lovely Soller and we can't wait to come back next year. Loads of space indoors and out for a family, lovely gardens, stunning views of the mountains, spotlessly clean, great wifi, comfy beds, plenty of good furniture inside and out so we could be together or apart as required. Pool is lovely. Huge laundry room and bikes. It's a very comfy traditional Mallorcan stone house, not super-modern but that's how we like it. Five mins to the Spar shop, which has almost everything you could want, and 15 mins to the beautiful main square with all the restaurants and the tram down to the port or the train to Palma. Humi was a wonderful host and helped with several things like booking taxis.

The house was immaculate when we arrived. Humi greeted us at the door. We stayed with two young children and there were inflatables for them in the pool. Soller was beautiful! Highly recommend and will visit again!

Usually stay at a friends property I. Soller however it was booked so picked this house on a friends recommendation. Great house perfect for town spacious garden and pool will most likely book again. Humi the manager was excellent all very easy !

Splendid sojourn in Soller

Clean and tidy with all the equipment needed for a family holiday. Lovely pool. Located 10-15 minute walk from Main Street and square. Spar shop 5 minute walk. We stayed in height of summer with very high temperatures and so found the only problem to be no air con in bedrooms. Needed to keep bedroom doors open to benefit from hall unit. Mobile fans available but noisy. Be prepared for cockerel to wake you early - you will get used to it! We were not troubled by road traffic noise during the night.

We had a great stay and I can highly recommend the propery. The house is very well taken care off and was excellently equipped. We found everything that we could think of from beach toys, umbrellas, hair dryer, you name it. The garden is very child friendly. It's roughly a 10 min walk to the town center. Parking is available but note that maneuvering is difficult with a big car.

We visited the house as a family of 4 incl. 2 small kids. Everything was great. Within walking distance to Soller centre. The communication with the owner has been perfect. Would love to return in the future.

The house had everything we needed, including air con....the weather was extremely hot! Lots of kitchen equipment and utensils as well as herbs, spices etc. We spent a lot of time subathing and the pool was lovely. The mountain scenery was stunning. Sóller is beautiful and we did hope to do some hiking but the weather was 32 degrees most days, so the pool was much more enticing. Spar 5 min walk and supermarket just over a 10 minute walk, as is the centre with lots of cafes and restaurants. We enjoyed taking the wooden tram to the port and beach for the day. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to return again.

Great house in a beautiful location

We had a lovely family stay here in May. Humi was a friendly and helpful host and the house is really clean and well equipped with everything you might need for cooking or enjoying the pool area. The balcony is spacious and a lovely place to sit and look out at the surrounding mountains. The location is also great, very peaceful but just 10 minutes walk from the centre of Soller. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet location and comfortable accommodation, we loved it!

Property was exactly what we needed for a quiet family holiday. Close to town but quiet and spacious without being overlooked. Clean, well maintained and perfectly equipped, the bikes were a major bonus allowing us the freedom to explore Soller and surrounding areas in the best way possible.

The Villa is clean and has everything you need. In the local area you have shops and restaurants. The house is upside down so the bedrooms stay cool whilst upstairs has an open plan feeling with a large balcony. Thanks Humi, we will be back

We had a super time in this lovely villa. The only negatives being; A the pool was a bit small especially if all 4 adults wanted to go in at t the same time B the property needed a second bathroom C the property would benefit from air conditioning in the bedrooms The villa was clean with a lovely balcony and nice seating in the gard en.It was convenient for the tram and the train and other sightseeing.

A wonderful villa

We have just spent a lovely two weeks in this villa getting to know Soller. The villa is very clean and there is everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as home. The centre of Soller is about a 10 min. walk and the spar shop is very near, although it can be closed at odd times. We enjoyed being able to wake up and get fresh bread and step out into the Majorcan Sun. The town of Soller is very pretty, traditional and very clean with a good atmosphere in the square. The locals can be a bit off hand in the shops and I had Euro notes snatched out of my hand several times (maybe they don't like the British) That aside we had a wonderful time and will keep the happy memories for a lifetime.

The villa is in a quiet street about 10 minutes away from the centre of Soller. It is perfectly equipped and designed with the bedrooms being downstairs to keep out the heat of the day. The pool and garden area are wonderfully maintained and designed and the house is clean and well maintained. Humi was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome on arrival. I cannot recommend this villa enough - perfect house in a perfect location which ensured we had a wonderful holiday in Soller.

We stayed for 2 weeks in this well equipped, clean house. The location is first class as you can easily walk into the town while enjoying the tranquil surroundings and views from the terrace. The pool was very welcome because we enjoyed 14 days of beautiful weather. Humi's son Xavier met us and was very patient because we had got lost. He was very welcoming and helpful. This is a beautiful area with great walks to nearby villages and the Port is also lovely to visit. Restaurants in the town are good standard and we can recommend staying in this house.

This is a fabulous villa in a peaceful location but within easy reach of supermarkets, bars and the town centre. Very well equipped and with a lovely clean salt water pool, the photos really don't do justice to the wonderful setting and amazing views. Humi was very helpful, and the welcome bottle of bubbly was much appreciated. Will definitely return!

This is a nicely presented villa in a great location. It is the little extras that can make a difference for instance, the availability of bikes, good supply of pool/beach towels, umbrellas and mats for the beach, supplies of everyday condiments for cooking. It was also refreshing not to have to pay a hefty security deposit which many owners appear to require. Humi was very helpful and immediately arranged for the wifi to be fixed when it stopped working (it can be temperamental). The grass around the pool is AstroTurf which works really well and is soft to lie on. I look forward to returning again, hopefully next year.

This is a great villa. We found the location great for walking into the centre of Soller and for exploring the surrounding area. Soller is an amazing place and we enjoyed every day there. The villa had everything we needed and the welcome bubbly went down well. Thankyou Humi.
