There is a dining table, a sitting area and a kitchen area with a gas grill, sink, work surface and refrigerator. From here you can also see the lake.
The complex's pool is located directly on the lake and offers enough space and green space to relax to your heart's content.
You can park your car in the private garage of the apartment.
The lively center of Colombare di Sirmione is a 2-minute walk away. The beach is right in front of the building and is managed (pedal boat rental, bar, motor boat rental).
