Great apartment and the location was spectacular. There was plenty of room in the apartment and it was exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I come back to Florence I would stay here again.

You can’t pick a better location for exploring Florence. The apartment is beautiful as well as clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Florence.

This was the BEST apartment during our 10 day Italian vacation. From Venice, to Florence and then off to Rome, this apartment was a highlight. It is centrally located. Beautifully decorated and the onboarding was AMAZING. Erica was SO exceptional. She met us at the apartment. Gave us great options for food and recommend local contacts for tours. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. If you are staying in Florence, this is the spot to choose.

The check in process was a nightmare. We did everything that we were expected to do and had to wait 45 minutes for a response
The concierge at this residence was non existent and the company’s employee couldn’t be bothered to communicate with us. The fourth bedroom was not ready to use and the employee did not communicate this to management; she was useless and arrogant
All this said, the actual residence was perfect for our family of eight - just make sure to management that you expect them to meet their check in obligations

Close to everything. If you’re a light sleeper, and prefer a quieter location, beware as it’s central to lots of excitement throughout the night. Other than that, perfect space and location.

Wonderful modern property right near the Duomo - unbeatable location. Modern and very comfortable apartment. Only negative comment is that as we were travelling as a family it would have been nice to have access to a washing machine and dryer.

Apartment is perfect location and very comfortable for family of five. Charming building, easy check-in/out and clean with comfortable beds. Not sure why some reviews are so picky, no issues at all. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Clean and well located. Owners were responsive and attended to small issues. Only complaint is they should supply a bit more necessary items like toilet paper and dish soap. We used the tiny amount provided on first day.

The location was great. 15 minute walk to the train station and 5 minutes to ten Duomo. We advised when we would be arriving but still had to wait about 20 minutes outside in the heat. The drain was broken in one bathroom so we asked for it to be fixed and extra towels brought since they needed to be used to dry. The drain was fixed, but the towels were never brought even after asking three times. FYI the showers are marble with no texture so they are very slippery. Beware if traveling with elderly or children.

Can't say enough about this property. We had 3 couples and spent 4 nights. The location could not be better yet it's quiet once you get into the apartment. It's clean and modern. Check in and out were simple.

My family and I loved our stay here. The location is right by the Duomo and the Plazza Della Repubblica. I had a question about the air conditioning not working correctly, but Edoardo came by to help solve the problem. I would recommend staying here and I plan on staying here again if I come back to Florence.

Perfect location for exploring Florence and located right around the corner from the famous Duomo. The property was super clean with modern appliances and amenities, and very effective AC (which was great during the August heat wave). Would not hesitate to stay here again with my family of 5 and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great location in Florence.

Beautiful place situated right next to Duomo! Spacious and modern. 10 minutes walk from train station for easy access to the whole Tuscany region. Would have been even better if the place has washer and dryer.

Beautiful apartment close to everything in Florence. The only downside was the odor when you first enter the foyer. Very comfortable with great air conditioning since we were in Florence during a heat wave. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is very nice and worked well for us, but there were several problems we had to deal with, one of which never got fixed. The AC in one room didn't work for one night because the previous guests left the window open (and the cleaning people didn't close it). And all 3 showers were clogged at some point in our 4-night stay. In fact there was no day where all 3 showers worked. There was ample time to fix the last one but the manager said the maintenance people were too busy to fix it. I felt like I was constantly texting the manager and repair people about these issues during my entire stay. And while the apartment itself is very new and nice, the entry of the building is dirty and smells of sewage. The apartment is on the 6th floor and the elevator is very old, slow, and has limited capacity.

There were six of us ( a family of 4 & a couple). There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out as well as a communal table. Having the ensuite bathrooms made it comfortable for each of the couples. The location is right in the heart of the sights. We enjoyed the property immensely. Our only feedback would be more towels, soap & toilet paper. If you are staying multiple days, I would suggest bringing in housekeeping to change out towels & empty trash.

The apartment is an easy walk, with luggage, from/to the train station - takes less than 15 minutes. The apartment is very large. Traveling along with me, wife and 2 children (age 22 and 20). The location was in the center of everything we wanted to see in Florence on this visit (Academia, Uffizi and several terrific restaurants) and was very clean. Large and well stocked wine and provisions store nearby. The apartment was stocked with everything we needed.

This flat was well appointed, updated and right in the center of every place we wanted to be. When the windows are closed you can't hear the city but you can enjoy the vibe of the city when the windows are open.

The unit is large, bright and well appointed. We were impressed from checkin to checkout. The host was very pleasant to deal with and communication was excellent. Can’t say enough about the location - it’s in the center of all the activities you will do in Florence. We look forward to returning.

I am not even sure where to begin to start expressing our love for this property. The location was amazing!! We knew we were close to the Duomo, but this was ridiculous. It was less than a minute walk as it was right around the corner. The views were amazing, the apartment was clean and more than enough room for my husband and I with our two teen daughters. They were spoiled with this place as it was the first place that we stayed on our trip from Florence to Rome. They each had their own room and bathroom, and even better, I didn't have to share my bathroom with them! It had all of the basics we needed. The apartment is somewhat bare bones as it is obviously used just as a rental property, but we didn't need much. There were plenty of towels and basic supplies to get us through. Everything we did was in walking distance and we did a lot! It is so centrally located. There was nightly entertainers in the piazza right outside, and plenty of Gelato places to choose from for a not too far late night outing.
The communication from the moment we booked was on point and we had no trouble with ever getting answers when needed. We did not book any tours through the management company, but I am sure that they would have been great to work with as everything else was so great. I highly recommend this property and working with Eduardo and his team. We will be telling others about this property and we know exactly where we will be staying the next time we are in Florence!

Very clean, modern apartment spacious enough for our party of 5 adults in a terrific location. Close to the Duomo, Academmia, and Ponte Vecchio. We were welcomed and shown around by a very hospital Edoardo. What was missing were amenities that would have made our stay easier - an extra key, counterspace in the bathroom, better water pressure, and some minimal cleaners for the kitchen - at least a sponge and liquid soap would have been welcomed. Overall though I would recommend it.

Overall we were very satisfied with our arrangements.
The only thing of special note I might add is there was a shortage on toilet paper and towels (face cloths) and for 3 days, I would have appreciated a second set of towels.
Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would strongly consider it again.

Beautiful apartment. Spacious, clean, high ceilings, corner unit. Perfect location, steps from the Duomo. I would absolutely stay again. Definitely noisy, but to be expected in such a central location in a city. Only con: very sparsely appointed – no sponge, no kitchen towel, no coffee machine.

The apartment in Florence was fantastic. Clean and well kept, as pictured. The owner's representative met us easily and walked us through everything. The location is right in the middle of everything you want to see - can't ask for a better spot. It's on a busy street, but with the window's closed, it's very quiet. Elevator to the 3rd floor is a nice extra! Highly recommend.

I have only wonderful things to say about the Florence Luxury Apartment! The location couldn't be better, only one block from the Duomo and right out side your door is the historic Cafe Gilli where you can grab your morning cappuccino at the bar with the locals. Moments from the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio, and Mercato Centrale, this place was perfect. Beautifully updated bathrooms, spacious dining/kitchen, and a living room. The only change I would make is adding a washer and dryer, because we decided to stay so long we ran out of clothes:)
Definitely book this apartment if you want to stay in the heart of the city and experience Florence at its best!
