You can't get a better location than right on Aldeburgh High Street with it's wealth of art galleries, clothes and interiors shops, deli, butchers, bakers and of course the many first- class restaurants and cafes. There's also an independent cinema, the Jubilee Theatre, Fishers Gin distillery, and so much more! This house is perfectly located to enjoy it all without even getting in the car. The property is also close to the beautiful shingle beach, perfect for sunrise swims, and walks along the marshes and beside the River Alde, fantastic for sundowners. Aldeburgh Yacht Club is just a short stroll away and offers a year-round calendar of events. There's also a golf club which allows book and play for non-members with the exceptionally stunning River Course. There really is something for the whole family to enjoy!
Suffolk House provides a large, light and bright space to enjoy with a comfortable sitting room, dining room and large, fully-equipped kitchen with an additional small breakfast area. French doors from the dining room lead directly into the pretty, fully enclosed garden. There are three large bedrooms to the first floor; a master double with en-suite shower room, a second double room, and a triple room (with the option to be configured as a super-king and a single instead), plus the family bathroom. The enclosed patio garden has a barbecue and outdoor dining area. The garden can also be accessed via a rear spiral staircase (which might not be suitable for less mobile, and children must be supervised at all times).

One well-behaved dog welcome (small additional charge).
Travel cot and high chair provided on request. Please bring your own linen.
Feather and synthetic bedding.
Although no starter pack or hamper is provided, the owner usually provides tea, coffee and sugar on arrival.
Please bring your own pods for the Tassimo coffee machine.
Please note that a refundable security deposit of £300 will be applied on booking this property.
