Oakapple Cottage is an 18th century detached property set in the village of Lyndhurst in Hampshire. The property has four bedrooms, including a king-size, a double, a family room with triple bunk (double bed below and single on top) and pull out trundle bed, plus a twin, served by a family bathroom, together sleeping 9. The property also comprises a cloakroom, kitchen, dining room, sitting room, family room, conservatory and snug with woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking available and a lawn garden to the rear. Oakapple Cottage is an idyllic setting for a getaway with loved ones to the south coast. Please note: The minimum duration of stay is 4 nights.
Amenities: Central heating. Gas Aga cooker and hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. 42inch Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Lockable shed for bike storage. Travel cot and high chair available. Off-road parking for three cars. Enclosed lawn garden with barbecue. Garage with pool table. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, The Swan Inn pub is opposite the property. Note: Dogs are to be kept downstairs and not left unattended for long periods of time. Note: Guests are asked to be mindful about to manage their pets and try and avoid undue barking at unreasonable hours, either early or late. Note: Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbours and refrain from being outside in the garden area after 12. Note: There is strictly no smoking at this property. Please note: Bookings are only accepted on Fridays for this property for seven nights only (except Christmas and New Year). Lyndhurst shops are 0.6 mile to Lyndhurst and along a wide footpath which is within walking distance. Please note: Guests must depart on the 27th December that week with a minimum of 5 nights stay.
