Property at exclusive use. Tuscan farmhouse (400 sq. m.) with private swimming pool and Jacuzzi, hosting up to 14 persons in 5 double bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with two beds, 6 bathrooms. Guests can use 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens, the gym, and the fenced garden complete with terraces and a gazebo. The property also has satellite TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms and wifi, and is in a panoramic position.
Outdoors and swimming pool
The stone property dates back to the 1700s and is surrounded by a large olive grove, and a beautiful lawn which includes the relax area and the swimming pool, 12 metres by 6 with a depth of 1.2-1.5 metres, an outdoor shower, Jacuzzi (3 metres by 3), a furnished gazebo, a loggia with a table perfect for outdoor breakfasts, a stonework barbecue and a ping pong table. Guests can also use the fitness room. All the outdoor areas are well-kept and use an automated irrigation system. Parking within the property.Interior
The stone house has been completely restored whilst maintaining its original charm: the rustic characteristics, such as the old cotto flooring and the wood beams on the ceilings have been preserved. The electric and water facilities are quite new, as is the air conditioning. The ground floor features a large, bright living room with satellite TV and fireplace, separated from the dining room with an arch, with direct access to the terrace which has a large table, ideal for outdoor meals with a view, a large, fully-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning each with private bathroom with shower, one bedroom with 2 beds adjoining with one double bedroom, both with air conditioning, one bathroom with bathtub. The fitness room and washing room, with washing machine and sink, round up this floor.
An indoor staircase leads up to the first floor with a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, one fully-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower, one bedroom with 2 beds with air conditioning, one double bedroom with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower, one bathroom with shower.
Location
Casa al Monte is in the Chianti countryside, surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves with a relaxing panorama. The property is peaceful and offers a lot of privacy, making it perfect for those looking for a relaxing or sporty holiday in nature. Great view of the surrounding countryside.

Casa al Monte has wifi, central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, baby bed, high chair, mosquito screens in the bedroom windows, and parking.
Important information
Swimming pool and Jacuzzi are available from May 1st to September 30th. Access to the property via 2 km of gravel road. The gardener and pool cleaner will be at the property, normally early in the morning or at other times to be agreed upon, in order to be as discreet as possible. Guests will receive a remote for the entrance gate. Pets are permitted, at an added fee.
Services
The price includes: bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen as well as swimming towels (changed weekly), internet, water, gas (heating not included), high chair and baby bed. Upon request and to be paid for at the property: hired help, shopping service, a cook for lunches and dinners, cookery courses and babysitter.Activities and distances
You are in the heart of Chianti, a few kilometres from Panzano, with all its shops and its weekly market in the square. Other towns like Greve in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti, Gaiole in Chianti and Radda are all a short drive away. Florence can also be reached with public transport. The Via Chiantigiana, with its splendid views of Chianti’s famous vineyards, leads to Siena. San Gimignano is also not far. The property is surrounded by wine cellars where you can taste the best wines in Tuscany.
