From the moment you step in, you'll be enthralled by its expert design. Sleeping up to 10 guests this is a house that's worthy of fine celebrations and warmly anticipated get-togethers. You will marvel at the captivating use of light and space throughout.
Large and lovely throughout, there is plenty of sociable space for those long-awaited catch- ups – accented by a huge window that floods your surroundings with light. The elegant design of this minimalist property allows all the spaces to flow easily, with vast expanses of glass that flood every corner with natural light.
The ground floor of the property revolves around the main open plan entertaining room, where a contemporary kitchen, social dining area and stunning lounge all co-exist in one space. The bespoke kitchen crafted from the high-end material, is very well-equipped so you can prepare your favourite recipes with your loved ones gathered around the breakfast bar and the sun streaming in through the walls, making cooking a real joy! Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead outside to the spacious patio and garden where you will find plenty of outdoor seating facilities. Ground floor also offers an additional seating room with comfortable seating and smart TV.
Upstairs you will find another beautiful living space with an access to charming balcony. There are five spacious bedrooms each fabulously embodying the refreshing and boutique style of the rest of the house.
Heath View is located in a highly sought after position on North End Avenue which is only a few paces from the beach and within short stroll from the famous ‘Thorpeness Meare', golf course and renowned pub/restaurant ‘Dolphin Inn'
