About this villa rental

This beautiful 4 bedroomed Algarve villa is ideally situated on the peaceful outskirts of Carvoeiro and with a 180° sea view. The area is very quiet but within walking distance of beautiful beaches (Carvalho 10 min, Vale Centianes 15 min), mini market and array of restaurants, bars and cafés (10 min), and just 5 min drive from the supermarket. It has a large 10 metre private pool with optional pool heating* and surrounding terrace. This tranquil holiday villa offers everything necessary for a relaxing family holiday.

4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 10m long swimming pool (optional pool heating)

This beautifully maintained and typical Algarvian style house offers a piece of home from home. The large airy lounge is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas, international TV system providing entertainment in various languages, air conditioning*, attractive open fireplace, and has patio doors opening onto the terrace and large private swimming pool. The villa has Cable Broadband internet giving free Wi Fi.

There are 4 bedrooms 2 large double bedrooms and 2 large twin bedrooms, all with wardrobes and air conditioning*. The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, and there is a further shower room, plus family bathroom to serve the remaining 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

The spacious kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven, hob, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine : everything you need!

Living Rooms - Comfortably furnished lounge with two sofas, a log burning fire, air conditioning* and an international TV system providing entertainment in various languages. Patio doors lead to covered pool terrace with table and chairs, and magnificent views.

Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc.

Bedrooms - 4 bedrooms consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, all with wardrobes and air conditioning*.

Bathroom - 3 Bathrooms. An en-suite shower room to Master Bedroom, 1 Family bathroom, and a further shower room on the first floor. 2 hair dryers are provided.

Utility Room - Drying area, drying rack, ironing board/iron.

Other - BBQ area ideally situated between kitchen and terrace.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - All bed linen and bath/pool towels are provided and will be changed on a regular basis. Maid service is included.

Baby equipment such as cot and high chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.

Rental periods commence and end on Saturdays in high season.
*Pool heating is an optional extra for £195/230€ per week
*Air conditioning is an optional extra for £195/230€ per week
*Air conditioning throughout the villa was installed January 2022!

The villa has a large pool terrace with sun loungers and outside shower, providing the perfect lounging and sunbathing area. For those who prefer the shade there is a large covered terrace area with table and chairs, ideal for al-fresco dining during the heat of the day. Lush tropical gardens surround the property, and the upstairs terrace has a superb view of the Atlantic, and the lighthouse at Alfanzina.
*All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity, charged at 0.20 cents for each unit of electricity used.
Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.

The villa on the surface had great potential, nice kitchen well equipped, but in fact was only set-up as a summer rent, there is no heating except in the master bedroom where the air conditioning unit doubles as a heater, downstairs in the large living area an open fire is the only method of heating. One small portable radiator was provided but was not sufficient, the heated towel rails in the bathrooms didn’t provide any warmth. The villa also does not provide enough hot water when more than 3 people wish to shower. Sadly we would not wish to return, as the lack of heating in the winter will also be a lack of air conditioning in the summer. It is a shame as the villa has great potential and the location excellent with easy reach of the town.

Wij waren met 4 volwassenen en 2 baby’s en hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. Het was heel schoon en heel ruim en alles was aanwezig. Hou er wel rekening mee dat als je met 2 gezinnen bent, dat er 1 kamer op de 1e verdieping is en 3 kamers beneden. De blaffende honden waar in andere reviews over werd gesproken waren er wel, maar daar hebben we totaal geen last van gehad. Hou er rekening mee dat er alleen eind van de middag en begin van de avond warm water is. Net als in de rest van Europa/ wereld waren er veel muggen. Neem hier dus zeker middelen voor mee. Handig om te weten is dat er halverwege de week een dame komt om schoon te maken en handdoeken te verwisselen. Ook kwam er, voor zover wij hebben gezien, 1x iemand voor het zwembad en 1x iemand voor de tuin. Wij zijn niet lopend naar het strand gegaan, dus weten niet hoe lang dat precies lopen is. Maar met de auto ben je er heel snel. Wij zouden zeker nog een keer terug gaan.

The villa is in a great location for being both away from the centre but also close enough to walk to amenities, although neighbouring dogs can be quite noisy at various times of the day thankfully not during the night. The villa itself is lovely, especially the covered terrace & pool area which we used all the time. The WiFi did cause a bit of an issue as the owners had locked away the normal router so the villa management had to provide a prepaid alternative which ran out twice during our stay, but Susie was great and dealt with this the best she could. It’s not great though that the TV runs via the WiFi so no WiFi no TV.... All in all it was a lovely 2 weeks, the weather was not the best but who can control that!! There is plenty to do in the surrounding area and lots of great places to visit..

The house is central to both Benagil and carvieuera. A 10 minute walk to several restaurants, one was particularly good with a swing in the garden to occupy the smaller generation. Either a 30 minute walk, or a few minutes drive from Benagil, it's caves, beach and lovely restaurants. I'd recommend a car to explore further afield and to get to the larger supermarkets. There's nothing better than picking a fresh pomegranate to dress a salad, then enjoy an evening meal next to the pool.

Very good except the neighbours barking dogs

The property itself very clean and spacious. The pool was excellent apart from the uneven tiles at the bottom which caused 2 injuries. The location was very nice with easy walks to the coast and local restaurants . The only fault was that people nearby had numerous dogs that did not stop barking. Only got 4-5 hours sleep at night!

La casa está muy limpia, y su exterior con piscina es muy bonito. Sin embargo, hay una desproporción entre el exterior y el interior, pues los muebles son viejos y están deteriorados.Es necesario un cambio de mobiliario, en especial en los dormitorios. En cualquier caso, la recomendamos.

Nice villa just outside Carviero

We arrived this nice villa just outside Carviero. Thanx to Susie that organised everything well. This white villa is just ten minutes outside Carviero. Close to Rocka Mar. Good parking for several cars. We had two. Nice pool area. The beds are a bit hard and the diningtable is small to seven people. This can easily be fixed. Very happy about this place. Close to beaches and other activities. Many golf cources close by.

Vraiment superbe !! la villa est fantastique. Tout a été parfait. la réservation, l'organisation pour l'arrivée... Et la maison est un petit paradis. Bravo Susie. Cette villa est un lieu privilégié pour passer un séjour agréable. La situation isolée, mais proche de toutes les commodités, permet une tranquillité bienvenue pour un séjour dans l'Algarve. Le confort intérieur et extérieur est sans commentaire. Que dire quand tout est irréprochable ? Tout était prévu pour notre arrivée, l'entretien de la piscine et même la femme de ménage ! Les chambres, en nombre, les salles d'eau pour chaque chambre (ou presque), la cuisine bien conçue, la salle à manger-salon (inutilisé grâce au beau temps) spacieuse... et la terrasse-piscine avec vue sur la mer, où nous avons séjourné durant toute la semaine. indescriptible. Carvoeiro est vraiment un village très agréable et le mois de mai permet de belles journées sans les inconvénients du plein été. une adresse à ne pas louper. nous reviendrons. Th et Pas - Cl et Jl
