Rowan Lodge is a fantastic wooden lodge, resting close to the village of Greetham in Rutland, East Midlands. This all-ground-floor property offers two bedrooms, a king-size double with en-suite shower room and a twin, with access to a family bathroom, sleeping a total of four guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking, an enclosed patio garden with seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and a hot tub, as well as shared use of an indoor heated swimming pool. Rowan Lodge is an unforgettable base for your next getaway in the county of Rutland.

Amenities: Underfloor heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 x TVs, DVD player, radio, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking available. Enclosed garden with hot tub, outdoor furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.2 miles. Note: This lodge is on one level with an instep in each door way of 3.5 cm, ramps are available upon request. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Sofa bed in sitting room can sleep children and is not suitable for adults. Please Note: This owner cannot accept a Saturday and Sunday check in at the property. The shared swimming pool can be booked for private use a week in advance for half an hour slots ( per property ) , subject to availability, the first half hour is free, and additional half hour slots are charged at £16 for the use of the pool
