The three bedrooms are all on the ground floor, the master has an en-suite shower room. There is a further double bedroom and another with 2 single beds, which has a door leading out to the veranda where the hot tub and sauna are located. The family bathroom is also downstairs.
An exclusive gated development of 45 Scandinavian style lodges set in a 400 acre estate, the lodges at Fairway Lakes are the perfect place to relax and unwind any time of the year. As well as the on-site golf and riding opportunities, you can visit the on-site indoor swimming pool and a clubhouse for drinks and meals, an 18-hole golf course and on-site fishing. Oliver’s cafe offers a quaint gift shop and an array of hot and cold food and drinks (and amazing homemade cakes!) Within the grounds is the Redwings Horse Sanctuary, where you can see over 100 Rescued horses and ponies. Entry is free of charge.
The beautiful village Somerleyton is close by with its Stately home and gardens which are definitely worth a visit. Wander round the picturesque market towns such as Beccles, Bungay and Southwold which are close by, as well as the historic Cathedral city of Norwich. A beach walk is only a short drive away at Norfolks and Suffolks award winning coastline. If you are wanting to get active and out and about or simply stay in, relax and enjoy the countryside, this is the break for you.
