About this villa rental

"Casa Maravilla" is in the perfect location for a beach break to Benitachell, Alicante. Ideal for bringing families and friends together, this villa can accommodate up to 15 guests. Enjoy the fully-equipped kitchen (complete with a filter coffee machine and a Dolce Gusto), a living/dining area, 6 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms. Additional amenities include a large-screen HD TV, Dvd player, WiFi and air conditioning in all bedrooms as well as the living room.
The outdoor area is complete with a large private pool, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Spend the day relaxing outside and enjoy the impressive mountain and sea views to be seen from the terrace. There is a covered dining area next to the kitchen with a BBQ where you can enjoy home-cooked meals and watch the sun disappear behind the mountains. There are also ample shaded areas for children to play in.
The nearest beach of Cala Moraig is 5-minutes by car (2 km).
The nearest bars, cafes and restaurants are around a 3-5 minute drive (2-5 km).
The nearest supermarket is a 7-minute drive (3.6 km).
Alicante Airport is 1.9 hours by car (96 km).
Please note that there can be no noise after midnight until 8.00 am due to local law restrictions. WiFi is suitable for video calls. Parking is available on-site for up to 4 cars (2 covered).

- Pet allowed Payment 150,00 € per pet
Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Pool heating is available from March until October. There will be an extra fee for this depending on the time of the year to be paid on-site. Full gas central heating available for winter lets. There is a laundry room on the ground floor with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a drying area.
A baby cot and high chair are available.

Pros: Every two years for the last ten years our extended family (consisting of three separate families) have been fortunate enough to manage to co-ordinate all getting away together for one week of the year during the school summer holidays. Each time we have tried to find a villa capable of accomodating all twelve of us comfortably in a property that has the facilities and is in a location that ticks all the boxes required for guests who ages range from 7 to 62 - no easy task!!!!!! Well.............this year we found one in Casa Maravilla!!! From now on the nigh on impossible task of trying to select a villa that everyone agrees on when organising the holiday.................is thankfully a thing of the past!!! I recall it being only the second night of this years stay in Casa Maravilla when all twelve of us were sitting having diner outside on the pool area terrace that it was unanimously agreed that we book Casa Maravilla again for our next holiday together. We have never before stayed at the same villa twice - however, i cannot now foresee a situation that we will ever stay anywhere else. Leaving reviews, admittedly is not something that we have done before (but probably should have!). Although we have never had a bad experience with any previous holiday villas selected, we have certainly never had such a good experience that we did this year. Family holiday time together is so scarce and precious that naturally you want everything to be perfect. Casa Maravilla provided us with this 'perfection'. We would wholeheartedly recommend Casa Maravilla in everyway. Many thanks to Tim & Fiona (the owners of the villa) for everything.

Pros: My family and I shared our holiday of two weeks this Summer with close friends. We were a group of eleven in total made up of five adults and six children, with children's ages ranging from nine years to late teens. We are so glad we chose this villa as our home for the fortnight. We have been holidaying and renting in Spain and France for many years. This is by far the best equipped villa we have ever had the pleasure to stay in. The large pool was deliciously warm. All bedrooms were very spacious with great quality bed mattresses and pillows. The villa has three refigerators which provide excellent storage for fresh foods and a wide variety of drinks. The wi-fi coverage is first class; faster than in the majority of the houses we have rented in the past. The TV package is very varied, offering something for all of us; sport, movies, children's cartoons and films, aswell as all UK terrestrial channels. Communicating with the owner was always easy; any quastions or issues were responded to and dealt with with speed and efficiciency. We will definitely return to Casa Maravilla in the future.

Pros: Excellent holiday at Casa Maravilla and we have booked again for this year. Large spacious villa with all of mod cons including a gorgeous heated pool. Brilliant for sharing with friends or family and enjoying the vista of sea and mountains. Thoroughly recommend.

Pros: Just returned from our sixth holiday at Casa Maraviilla and as always had an amazing time. The Villa is equipped with every accoutrement you are every likely to need. The scenic view from the Villa is breath taking and the luxury of a heated swimming pool tops it off. Highly recommended can’t wait for our next visit

Pros: Another wonderful holiday at Casa Maravilla. Spent many relaxing hours in the heated swimming pool and then enjoyed the evenings dining on the terrace with a glass of red. The villa is ideal for families with a open plan kitchen/living room. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. Looking forward to our next visit

Pros: We stayed at the end of May and had an excellent time. The villa is lovely and has all the features you would expect of a modern, high quality house in the sun (well-equipped kitchen, air con, good bathrooms, big bedrooms, plenty of outside furniture). The pool is great, with plenty of room for swimming and playing. The orientation of the patio and pool is perfect, it gets the sun all day long - sea views are fab too! Cannot recommend this enough.

Pros: We have spent many happy holidays in this villa and are looking forward to going back in September The villa has everything you could possible wish for. Very comfortable lounge and well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The outside dining area has magnificent views topped off with a large heated pool. Pros: Rigtig dejligt hus, der manglede ikke noget. Vi var 10 personer og der var mindst 30 håndklæder. 4 vær. med aircon og 2 vær. uden. De 2 vær. uden var meget varme at sove i om natten. Lidt for mange private ting i skabene. Rigtig god pris for er stort hus med 6 vær. Fantastisk pool og stor!!!

Pros: La verdad es que la anfitriona ha sido muy amable, estando en todo momento pendiente de cualquier problema que pudiéramos tener, y con una pronta resolución de ello, a de tenerse en cuenta que la casa no dispone de aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, dos habitaciones situadas en la parte superior carecen de aire, habiendo en su lugar unos aparatos que lo único que hacen es echar aire caliente de la propia habitación, cosa que yo pregunté en su momento si había aire en todas las habitaciones y se me contestó que si, cuando realmente no es así. Tampoco me parece muy normal, teniendo en cuenta que llevamos muchos años viajando en las mismas condiciones, que en los armarios de la cocina esté ocupada por comida del propietario, no habiendo sitio para guardar nada en los armarios de la cocina. tuvimos que tener todo los alimentos sobre el mesado, y teniendo en cuenta que es una casa bastante grande, estábamos 13 personas, os podéis imaginar las cosas que nos hacían falta para tanta gente, y eso que no comíamos en casa, sólo desayuno y cena. Por lo demás una estancia bastante buena, salvo los detalles anteriores

Pros: Twelve of us spent a wonderful fortnight at Casa Maravilla. The villa is very spacious, well appointed and very well equipped. Wi-fi speed was excellent. TV package was very varied and of excellent quality. Airconditioning throughout was a major bonus. As the property is south-facing, we could enjoy sunshine from early morning until late evening. Supermarkets and restaurants were located a short drive from the villa. We will certainly consider a return and will be recommending the villa to friends and other family members.
