The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in a suburb.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, 70 m² terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, alarm, central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, private swimming pool, covered parking the same building, 2 electric anti-mosquito devices, 3 TVs, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, Dutch, French), radio, DVD.
In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
Each floor has a separate entrance.
The price includes the cleaning, towels, sheets and Wi-Fi.
The check-in time is from 16:30 to 19:30 and the check-out time is from 9:30 to 11:00.
An extra fee from 60€ to 70€ will be charged if the check-in or the check-out takes place out of hours. Please, note that this fee will also be charged on Sunday and bank holidays.
If arrival is later than 22:00 or if departure is before 07:00, a supplement of 100,00 € will be charged.
A one-time fee of 35€ will be charged for each pet for cleaning (please check availability). Pets up to 10 kg. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
Electricity consumption is included in the price (20KW/day). If there is extra energy consumption, it will be paid at 0,45€/KW.
A credit card deposit of € 600,00 is payable on arrival and will be returned one week later by credit card or bank transfer.
