Quiet, wonderfully green and secluded garden (140 m²) on the edge of the forest, noble balkony with natural stone (granite), stainless steel and glass, elegant, new stainless steel rubbish bin house, many parking spaces and children's playground, high-quality table tennis, 4-5 sporty bikes with 27, 24, 24, respectivly 21 gears, one youth unicycle and large individual garage with electric gate, very large, partially covered terrace, covered balcony, both With a wonderfully white, new awning for optimal shading, lockable garden gate.
A tiled stove with window to the hallway creates a romantic atmosphere. Noble vintage furniture and 100 a old oil paintings from Lake Starnberg as well as 100 a old antiques next to new designer furniture and real and new sheep and cowhide enable stylish living. A massage chair with reclining function and heating enables wonderful relaxation. The Bluetooth-enabled stereo system can be connected to the smartphone.
High-quality table tennis and 4-5 bikes with 27, 24, 24 respectivly 21 gears available and one youth unicycle free of charge. Fitness equipment in the basement (rowing machine, pull-up bar, abs trainer and bicycle trainer), in addition to a table football game, ensure pleasant leisure activities. A weekly cleaning and a bi-weekly cleaning of bed linen and towels is included in the price. New bed linen, new towels, washing-up liquid, shampoo, etc. are available free of charge.
The house is unsuitable for fitters. A credit card must be presented upon check-in. Check-in is possible between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Quiet residential area next to a wonderful forest and fish farm, but still central (supermarkets 100 m away, 700 m to the Munich rowing and sailing club (rowing beginners' courses for guests), 1000 m to the bathing property and 1000 m to the center of Starnberg), 1000 m to tennis courts (€ 15 per hour), SUP rental (€ 15 per hour) and courses 2,5 km away (Seebad Starnberg), 1000 m to the MYC (Munich Yacht Club), offers various sailing courses (420, laser, opti , 29er) for DSV members, golf club 4 km away.
Noble villas and the picturesque Lake Starnberg, lots of nature and Munich on the doorstep (direct motorway connection) make the Starnberg district extremely attractive to live in. With the express train it is only about 18 minutes to the main train station in Munich, to Munich city center it is only 28 km.
