The 80m² vacation apartment Appartamento Pini is located in Cala Gonone, a seaside town on the Mediterranean island of Sardinia. The apartment is bright, comfortable, and spacious and is located in a residential area surrounded by a pine forest. The apartment consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The apartment also features Wi-Fi, a fan, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed is available.
Guests can enjoy the view from their balcony or relax outdoors in the furnished garden or sun on the open and covered terraces, both for private use.
The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from the center of Cala Gonone and is just a 5 to 2 minute (400 to 700 m) walk from a restaurant, a bar, and a cafe. Pros: We loved the location of the house with children as you walk through a shady park to get into town. The house was OK sized for 4 adults and 4 children with an outdoor area and large kitchen. The host was quick to respond to any messages with help. Some basic amenities were provided. Cons: The house was very hot in 35 degree heat (re no aircon) and the open windows let in a lot of mosquitoes (the host provided nets which helped). The outside area was paved in an unusual way that meant it's not very comfortable for small kids to play (but the host was happy to arrange a sheet for the babies to sit on.) There wasn't any comfortable areas to sit apart from benches and wooden chairs which can be tricky with a large group in rainy/windy weather.

Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und zentral. Die Vermieterin war extrem nett und hilfsbereit, dass hatten wir so noch nicht erlebt, wir haben gerne Smalltalk mit ihr gehalten. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen 😊
