Very clean hotel and staff very helpful and friendly. Only a short walk to the port

Perfect location. Quiet and chilled with great sunset view. Location is very good for links to walks around the island

A kettle and fridge would have improved the stay

Good ppl and pool, but poor toilet/AC and noisy!

The personnel was really nice. The pool was also good, and the restaurant next to the hotel handy (although expensive). We always found the room cleaned. The location was pretty convenient to move around the island.

The toilet was awful. Sometimes there wouldn't be water running so we couldn't shower everytine we would have like to. The shower doors were cranky and difficult to open/close. And then the room was noisy as hell because of the air conditioning systems. Both the one in our room and the one in the rest of the rooms. People in the other rooms slept with the air conditioning on, and the external elements were producing a lot of noise and heat which was unbearable. And if you decided to do the same, the element inside the room vibrates like crazy because it is an old machine. Not relaxing at all!

Lovely, new, and extremely clean hotel close to Estany des Peix.

Unfortunately, no breakfast options were available and we had to go to the nearby Florit restaurant. I would have appreciated being able to at least have a coffee inside the hotel.

Breakfast service and a mini-fridge in the room would have gone a long way in making this stay perfect.

Great location but dated rooms and basic services

Great location overlooking the salty lake where you can see an amazing sunset. Good mattress Fair price They have a pool, a restaurant, and a bar where you can grab coffee in the morning or a drink at night.

Way too dated bedroom furniture and toilet urgently need a restyle, we couldn't almost move in the room if they remove the drawer and the wardrobe for smarter solution the room will be bigger. Toilet has no ventilation/window and no fan (strange!) Room size (109) way too small Thin walls you can hear everything, little privacy. Balcony table and chairs terrible plastic ones and very very dated. No fridge in rooms no room service or phone in the room to talk to reception. There is no room services.

Great place - even better in quiet season .

Very peaceful- lovely pool. Very clean. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Lovely sunset from adjacent restaurant Florit. Easy walk into La Savina around lagoon. We stayed early May ‘22 so a lot of tourist services were still winding up again after Covid.

Very little really 🙂 A kettle and mini fridge would have been handy. Only a few rooms were in use when we arrived. On our last night rooms on each side were occupied and there is quite a bit of noise transmission…. Earplugs might be handy for light sleepers !

The location is beautiful and convenient! Definitely worth the price.

Even though it says “breakfast is served at a restaurant”, it apparently means that you have to pay for it. I don’t mind paying for it, but I feel like that is the only option because the hotel is nowhere closed to anything else and if I wanted to for example have breakfast instead with groceries that I had bought, there is no room bar with no small fridge in the room! Either it’s a hotel so it should provide with options for eating or if it’s an apartment, please put a fridge in the room.

We asked if we could charge our electric car at the hotel which wasn’t possible. Upon trying to understand why (surely it’s easy enough to plug it into a normal outlet and we were happy to pay extra), we were met with random excuses. When it became clear that the hotel just didn’t want the hassle, the girl at reception raised her voice - completely uncalled for. As a guest, when trying to understand the reason for a business decision (which may be “it is operationally too complicated so management decided not to provide this service”), I’d like to at least not be shouted at. That was not an option here it seems. Completely uncalled for and I still don’t understand the reasons for this reaction. The hotel was nice otherwise but I would not come back here.

Overall a good stay : )

The location is very good. Ses Illets is close to this hotel as well as La Savina. I would highly suggest you rent a car or a scooter (small motorcycle) as that will put basically every place of interest in the island within your reach. The staff is also really nice : )

The rooms don't have fridges, so if you want a cold drink at the end of the day, you have to go outside to get it. One night one of the other guests was watching TV very late at night and we could hear it. Sometimes when you go to reception there is no one there and you have to call.

Nice but a bit disappointing compare to the photos

The price is good, the hotel is next to the Ferrys & it’s clean.

It’s very disappointing compared to the photos... plus we had a very bad smell in the room. The matelas are bad and you can hear everything that your neighbor has to say. If you like your privacy do not take the chamber the sea view cause you almost share your terrace with everyone.
