Cleaning includes best practices like steaming floors not just mopping, and use of quality products, chemical free where possible.
Great news, the new seawall installation is complete, and the building got all new walkways and pavers in a gorgeous, hotel styled modern taupe and off white, including our patio. There is of course guaranteed beach access always. The pool area also has new loungers in a bright sea blue which makes it very calming and pretty.
To our regulars, thanks for all you have put up with to visit during the repair sof the seawall. It was a two year adventure but we are on the other side now with a gorgeous, sound seawall!
Some Complex Rules:
1. STAIR AND COMMON AREA ACCESS REQUIRES SCG BRACELETS YOU WILL FIND ON THE COUNTER AND ARE CHARGED $50 PER IF YOU DON'T RETURN ONE.
2. FOR BIKE OR KAYAK RAMP ACCESS - FB PAGE VOLUSIA COUNTY BEACHES HAS RAMP OPENING AND CLOSING HOURS AND INFORMATION WE SUGGEST YOU CHECK IT OUT. You can also rent kayaks easily at JBs Fish camp.
3. No vaping or smoking on campus. Inside or outside. You can smoke on the beach, in the parking lot bench in the corner designated for smoking, or on a walk along the public roadways.
4. Dog Owners: Send a request including weight & breed!
Leashed pets are walked through the center parking lot to the public roadway, replete with large grassy areas to use for Fido's evacuations. Please scoop them and be not only a polite mannered guest of our beautiful town, but one that keeps SCG continuing to allow non-owner pets.
This is a modern, peaceful unit that guests return to time and time again, we are Premier Hosts goign on three years! Come to a fantastic getaway on the no drive beach one hour from Disney, and all theme parks, and Orlando attractions.
We also are a foodie town with a small town feel.

Just up the road a mile or so is Publix, So Napa, Izzys Island Tacos for lunch off the beach and in NSB there is everything you could want.
Young families there is a shaded public park you can access to the left of our unit when entering the beach, and go about half a mile and go up the 27th street stairs. Teens can also go there to shoot hoops.
Try Smyrna Dunes Park and you can even bring your dog if by 9:00 am! And there is a dog beach there!
