Please contact me for availability before booking. Some dates are still available even though they show on VRBO as taken and some dates might not be available as inventory is live. Also, pics are from Hilton Grand Vacations and not my personal pics. The units are floating units, meaning rooms are not fixed to a unit # so there are slight differences in room configuration/views depending on where it is assigned by floor. Boasting a premier Center Strip location, this resort offers adjoining access to the extensive shopping and dining of Miracle Mile and is adjacent to the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino complex that features a renowned casino, nine restaurants, and the Mandara Spa. Soaring 52 stories, Elara offers floor-to-ceiling windows framing incredible views of the city skyline, mountains and desert.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom features a large master bedroom with king-size bed and master bath with a large whirlpool jet tub, free-standing shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and offers a separate bath with standard tub and shower. The suite also includes a generous living room with separate dining area, L-shaped sofa bed, a projector TV with 8-ft screen, as well as a full kitchen with cooktop, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, TV and stacked washer/dryer. In-suite amenities include wall safe, iron, ironing board and hairdryers in each bathroom.

NOTES:

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The property is very nice: pool, workout facilities, rooms, etc. Location is great, just behind PH and a very short stroll to the strip. We walked to shows at Cosmopolitan and Bellagio effortlessly. We stayed in the 2 bed / 2 bath unit with a full kitchen, family room, and dining table. Our constructive feedback would be that kitchen appointments were too sparse, lacking common household kitchen items. Examples: no garbage disposal in a kitchen sink (!?), no measuring cups, no strainer, no counter top drying rack for pots, no kitchen towels (brought a bathroom towel into the kitchen to use), a coffee maker that can't brew a pot of coffee (just single cups), etc. We had intended to make use of the kitchen to cook meals before going out, but were limited. Lastly, check-in could have been smoother. They put me on a check-in waiting list around 1pm and by 5pm, I still hadn't been notified that my room was ready. I checked at the front desk again, and they said it wasn't ready, but then when they realized I was a "friend of a member", suddenly my room was available in 3 minutes. I'm guessing it was actually ready much eariler. All in all, it was a good stay. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience further. Thank you.

This property and the host exceeded all expectations. Communication with the host was seamless and information provided was helpful and accurate. It was a very spacious and comfortable room with an awesome view. The property was conveniently located to the airport, the mall and the strip. We loved staying in a non-smoking building. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Amazing place right off the strip

Amazing place right off the strip

We absolutely loved this property. It was almost too good to be true! The place was clean. The beds with comfortable. The view was AMAZING. And Cheng was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The place is a short walk from the strip including an indoor plaza with many stores. We will stay here again with zero hesitation.
