My family enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the backyard with the fire pits, the open entryway to the living room and kitchen. The appliances are in very good condition, the beds are comfortable, and the home is clean and cared for. We recommend staying there if you are coming to Randolph or nearby.

House appeared and described as listed. The house needs a lot of small simple repairs, that were ok for our short stay. If i were staying linger than 3-4 days id find these little problems to be a nuissance. Dishwasher out of order, loose handles on freezer, dripping tub faucet, loose toilet seats, doors dont close completely, all minor stuff that a few hours of work could fix. The outside needs TLC. The house was plenty big, comfortable furniture, relatively clean and has most of what you need for your stay.

It was a nice stay for the most. But, the master bedroom(?) needs a lot of updates. There were 2 beds, and very tiny bathroom. It was the smallest sink I have ever seen in my life in the bathroom. Kitchen sink leaked. There were paper blinds in the master (?) bedroom. There were no blinds on some windows, which made me feel little unsafe since we were not familiar with the area. The owner communicated well. He sent information necessary about check in ahead of time. I believe it was in a good location (Boston traffic is to be blamed for time spent to get to where we needed to go). Living room and other bedrooms were nicer. The other bathroom was better and bigger. We enjoyed the space.

The property was cozy. If you are not familiar with the Boston area, this property looks like it is close to all the activities in Boston but if you plan to drive yourself it take an hour with the traffic to get almost anywhere, any time of day. Nothing bad about the property, just the traffic flow.

Plenty of space to spread out, plenty of parking, great neighborhood.!

We loved the home and space. It was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated!

Very nice area to stay. Neighborhood was quiet, and we loved seeing the wild turkeys there. The house layout was nice for our family, and other than a few minor house improvements that could be made things were great.

Overall this house was okay. It was very cute, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the location was easy to get to, the house was very well lit at night so we felt safe returning after dark. We adapted to the house's issues which were mentioned in previous reviews (all after we booked this house). The storm door doesn't latch closed no matter how hard we slammed so it banged around when the wind blew. There was no washer or dryer so we ran out of wash clothes half way through the week (we bought more and left for the next renter). There were no wine glasses (we bought plastic ones at Shaw's). The beds were up in the corner making it difficult for two people to sleep in (we pulled the beds out of the corner and found things in the house to serve as bedside tables). The bathrooms are tiny (we moved the tension rod from the kitchen window to the little space outside the hall bathroom and hung a sheet so the bathroom door could be opened and still have privacy). There are only 3 mirrors in the whole house (we brought small mirrors from home and sat at the kitchen table; a pretty mirror could be hung in all three bedrooms where the decor is hanging over the little desks and that would have been super helpful). The hall bathroom faucet is loose which will let water splash behind the tub wall (we pushed the faucet back up to the wall all the time to keep as much water as possible from getting behind there). Water leaks from under the dishwasher whether it is running or not (we kept a towel on the floor all the time to keep the floor dry - there is water damage on the floor there so it's been happening for a while). The dishwasher isn't attached to the cabinet and slides over when the door is open (when loading dishes you just have to be ready to stand it back up). Again, overall it was fine. The living area is super cute and cozy. The back yard is great. We really wanted to enjoy the firepits but got home too late every night.
