Excellent Park City condo location. Walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort ski lifts, beautiful hiking and biking trailheads, and walking distance to Main Street Park City. Free shuttle bus service right outside the condo door. Ride in comfort to Park City down town, Deer Valley, outlet malls and all other area attractions. Hot tub, heated pool and sauna are included and located across the street. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill on the deck. You will find comfy beds, couches and large dining table. This place could not have been more perfect for our spring break trip. We had 2 13 yo boys with us and they had a blast. The unit was very clean, and had everything we needed. Janet was extremely responsive. The unit was an easy 6-minute walk to the terrain park / Eagle chair lift and the bus stop was right in front of our unit, which made it easy to get to Main Street or to the resort base. We would love to stay here again!

Being across the street from the clubhouse and hot tub was great. Also the bus stops are right on front of the condo. You really don't need a vehicle.

The condo was fantastic and exactly as described in the listing. The location cannot be beat! Close walk to the lifts, right on the bus route and across from the rec center. The unit was clean, very well appointed and comfortable. We will stay again.

Exactly as advertised! Great communication from host and perfect location to get to the mountain. Our family had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend for close proximity to town, skiing, and access to the local rec center which our kids loved visiting the pool each afternoon.

We had an outstanding stay at this condo. It was in the perfect location for walking to the slopes or getting to Main Street. We loved every aspect of our trip. Would definitely recommend this condo and plan on going back next year.

This nicely decorated unit is obviously well cared for by the owners. Very clean and stocked with all the necessities. A great location for access to PCMR, grocery store, downtown Park City. The owner provided detailed information for the rental and was very prompt in responding to questions. Felt warmly welcomed and our family of four adults and three children had a memorable trip!

We have stayed here for Sundance two years in a row and had a good time. The place is big and spacious. Communication with the owners was very smooth. The washer/dryer was a big bonus. Location-wise, it's a bit of a walk to most places, but that said most places are walkable if you're comfortable walking up to 30 minutes. I could definitely see us staying here again.

We had a wonderful time in this terrific rental. We’ve rented many ski places before and this one was certainly among the best. Definitely the cleanest with the best stocked kitchen. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. And you can’t get any closer to the bus.
And Janet and Scott were such gracious hosts. Super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

The property is perfectly practical. Easy walk to First Run ski lift and main lodge (even for children ages 9-12 and active grandparents), bus stop at bottom of stairs, across street from heated pool and large hot tub, and with kitchen in which it was easy to prepare family meals. Beds are spacious and comfortable. Slept our 4 adults and 4 kids ages 4-12 well. Great trip for our family and did not require a rental car (we supplemented walking and bus with Uber - very easy to get). Host was very helpful pre-trip with suggestions and responsive throughout. We would stay again without hesitation.

We were charged a fraudulent $200 cleaning fee for supposedly leaving stains on two comforters and a dining table runner. I messaged the host multiple times asking for pictures of the stains and she refused to provide any, instead saying “I am only going by what my cleaning lady told me.” After a few messages back and forth, the host stopped responding and the charge remained on my account.
I contacted VRBO assuming they would help resolve this issue. Their “About my card on file and property damage charges” webpage says “If you don't agree with the charge, you can lodge a dispute by selecting Contact Us. We'll request additional documentation from both you and the host to verify the claim.” Unfortunately, VRBO did not request any supporting documentation from the host and they told me they can't mediate disputes and we should try to work it out directly with the host. This of course was not a viable option given that the host stopped responding to my messages. Luckily Amex saw right through this BS and refunded the charge to my credit card.
I cannot emphasize enough that the owners of this condo are liars and looking to scam people. If you choose to stay here VRBO will not have your back in the event of a dispute and you will have to take it up with your credit card company. Honestly, just save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else. There are plenty of other great places to stay around Park City without having to deal with stuff like this.

This was a great condo for our family of 5. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - 5 min walk to the lifts, across the street from the hot tub and heated pool, and close to town and the grocery store. We used the locked but shared storage in the garage to store our skis for the week so we didn’t have to lug them up and down each day, and didn’t have any issues with doing so. This was our first time in Park City, and we would absolutely stay here again. We liked being on the Park City side, vs The Canyons side.

Great condo, well-equipped, covered garage, hot tub close by and lifts are walkable (5 minutes). Downtown PC a little far for walking in snow & ice but would be easy in good weather. Excellent communication with the owner, the overall process was very smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. This was my families first ski trip ever. Great location to skiing park city. Just a short walk to the base of the mountain. I have four kids and this three bed room condo was a perfect fit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

We really enjoyed our stay and particularly appreciated Janet’s hospitality! The location is most convenient for slope access. The kitchen is well equipped so we ate many evening meals there.

Loved the property and all of the amenities! Covered garage, walking distance to hill, the bus stop just outside the unit, network t.v. for watching bowl games, the first floor king mattress allowed for the most comfortable night's rest after a long day of skiing and the well-equipped kitchen gave us the option for home cooked meals to be made on more than one occasion. We had a great time and will definitely look at staying again! There were six of us, with four being college-aged adult children. Thanks again for sharing your slice of heaven with us in PC!!

We love Park City. My boys had a lacrosse camp here. We loved the condo, clean, stocked with all the necessities (seasonings, pool towels, TP, PT) etc. The pool area is fantastic and the game room inside is great. I reached out to owner once and she was very responsive and even texted me the text day checking in on things. i was given all instructions a month before our arrival and she was very responsive about any emails with questions I had. Convenient location, I was able to walk downtown. Lots of trails nearby. Would definetely book here again. We went with 2 other families and they rented condo's as well, we all commented on how comfortable the area was and great for kids. Instead of doing dinner out, we bbq had one condo and the kids ran around on golf course. We felt comfortable doing that.

Our family has been coming to Three Kings in Park City for the last five years. With four adults and four boys ages 7 - 12 yrs old, this particular unit was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room for all, a private master bedroom down and two bedrooms and bath up. The boys had a "bunk" room which was perfect for them. The owner's communication was the best we have had yet. Janet was proactive with her communication ahead of our arrival making check-in a breeze! The unit was fully equipped with kitchen, baths and laundry having everything you need. The location was great having plenty of outdoor space for the boys to play and explore. The neighborhood pool was directly across the street, a golf course with-in walking distance as well as the bus stop with free transportation anywhere in Park City. The complex is quiet, the grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained. We would definitely reccomend this townhome!

Terrific home base for skiing and exploring Park City
Got burned last spring break renting a property that could not get CBS and thus missed the Final Four (and had to rent a truck stop motel room to watch Baylor Zags final), so getting a place that had normal TV instead of all this balkanized internet streaming tv was paramount. And as it turns out, we got so much more here!!!
Two story condo that turned out to be the right amount of space for our family of five. Downstairs main was hugely comfortable for my wife and I, we slept really well all week. Upstairs had a bunk bed room perfect for our two younger kids, and a second bedroom for our teenager. Location close enough to Park City Mountain Village to walk to, though we just drove to parking lot each morning rather than making three kids walk in ski boots with equipment 1/3 of a mile.
Washer and dryer unit in main hall, got daily use out of it, gas fireplace was hugely convenient and cozy for us, large dining room table that served us well. Owners were highly responsive, with obvious experience as parents, and we couldnt have asked for more.

Our family had an amazing experience at this property.
Our skiing vacation was amazing!! This property is beautiful and in a great location and well equiped. We walked to the lift. There is also a bus stop right in front of the unit that is reliable in taking us to the slope. Janet was wonderful always responded timely for anything we needed. And to top it all off, It was a very special trip as my daughter also got engaged at this location. Thank you for an extra ordinary stay!!! We will come again..

Great Townhome!
Wonderful location, short walk to the First Time lift, easy even in boots with equipment (and kids). Close to the ski school meeting area, too! Unit was just as advertised and perfect for our extended family (grandparents, parents & twin 7 year olds). Stocked with many extras. Clean, comfortable and met our needs perfectly. Over and above responsiveness from host. Thank you for a wonderful "base camp" at Park City!

The unit was clean, nicely furnished, and well stocked. It is very close to the ski lifts, and within walking distance to downtown if you don’t mind a short trek. Overall, the owners communicated well with me and the condo worked out perfectly for our family ski trip.

Nice Place, Good Location but VERY Thin Walls
Short walk to the lifts and nice that it was right across from the pool and hot tub. The bus system to town and the other side of the mountain was easy to figure out and ran frequently. Owner was communicative and the kitchen had everything needed to make a variety of meals.
Only real complaint is that the master is tiny and directly underneath the kids room… and the walls are so thin that any noise from one room to the other can be heard very easily. If you are looking to be “intimate” on your vacation, this is not the place for you. The bunk bed was a bit shakey but fine for small kids.

Great property, close proximity to PCMR, Deer Valley, Grocery stores, etc. Have never stayed at a property that has so many "extras" already on hand. (spices, cooking oils, coffee filters, etc.). Plenty of pots and pans. Only complaint is I would recommend instructions for how to use the TV. Tons of options to view, but crazy as it sounds, took a couple of days to just figure out how to watch regular TV (vs. Netflix, prime, etc). Minor complaint though given all the good of this property.
