Welcome to your home away from home. This condo sits on a gorgeous panoramic vista of Lake Cumberland. It's located within 7-10 minutes walking distance to the clubhouse which features a restaurant, swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts & pickleball, basketball, volleyball, and a huge playground.
The family room has lake views, and cozy fireplace. A well-appointed kitchen with stainless appliances. The screened back porch features lake views with a full-size sofa's, chair, dining table for 6. Off the screened in porch leads to another deck area with gas grill. The primary bedroom features a king size bed with tv and primary bath. The guest room features a queen size bed, with tv. The 3rd bedroom features two twin size bunk bed. The guest bath features tiled bathtub/shower. Washer/dryer in unit. While at the resort you can enjoy a great 18 hole golf course designed by Lee Trevino and Dave Bennett. There is a mechanical boat launching facility at the resort. A recently renovated log cabin with restrooms, covered picnic tables, fire pit, and charcoal grills are available for large gatherings. Excellent location near the General Burnside State Park and Burnside marina, with a less than 10 minute drive. Temporary boat parking is available near security gates for extra fee (paid to Woodson). General Burnside is a free spot to put your boat in the water for a day on the lake. Close to Somerset, where you can find groceries, restaurants, and entertainment. Woodson Bend offers many amenities, particularly during the summer months. You might find yourself swimming and listening to a local band, watching a fabulous fireworks display, playing tennis or pickleball on the courts, or engaging in a round of golf.

We had a great time . Love Woodson Bend . Your condo is very well stocked with kitchen supplies . The beds all slept great . Very clean . Plenty of towels . My husband loved the screened in porch with recliner and tv. He hates air conditioning ! We had the best of both worlds !

Well, the only tub could not be used and with little ones was a challenge but it was easy and could talk personally with the renter which helps.

We could not have asked for a better host or a better stay. Debbie was so thoughtful, considerate, and a great communicator! Booking with her was a breeze. Her place is wonderful and fit our needs perfectly. The attention to detail in the place was outstanding and made staying there truly enjoyable. We were at WB with a large group and after seeing other places there, I would still rank Debbie’s as one of the best. Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again!

Perfect set up for two families each with two kids(ages were 6,6,9 and 9). All four kids had their own sleeping area with double bunks and both sets of parents having the other two rooms. Owners are super easy to work with.
