About this house rental
Private dock and boat lift is available for winter guests, Jan - Mar.
Luxuriously furnished and equipped this condo would be a great comfortable place to vacation as minutes to Boca Grande and it's beautiful beaches.
Going up the elevator to the second floor, you come into very bright unit and your eyes immediately see the water from the living room.
Open plan living room with comfortable sofa's, flat screen tv. Open plan dining area with table and chairs for 4 with extra bar stools at kitchen counter for casual dining.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless newer appliances, such as slide in stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator.
There is also washer dryer in unit in utility cupboard in hallway.
The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit, and the master has king bed, with its own luxurious shower room and views over the bay. The guest bedroom has twin beds, and there is second bathroom.
There is also a murphy bed for occasional extra guests in the den.
There is very large lanai with table and chairs for outdoor dining, couple of chairs to rest and watch over the water.
Unit has its own private garage and there are a couple of kayak's and bikes there to enjoy.
Situated next to Gasparilla Marina you can walk next door and enjoy the restaurant and bar and views of all the beautiful boats in the marina.
