About this house rental

This waterfront home is a newly remodeled 3 bedrooms and 1 bath on one floor and new central A/C and appliances (refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, sink and faucet). All bedrooms have newly built-in closets and new beds and bedding. The main bedroom has a view of the water and a king bed. The second bedroom has a king bed and access to a washer/dryer. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Linens will be provided.

The home offers breathtaking views of Weir Creek, (the Fingers) and West Dennis Beach is just 1/2 mile away (3 bikes included).

In the middle of the home is the sunny family room with views of the water, a comfy sectional with smart TV, and a game table.

There is a new outside shower for when you get home from the beach. Enjoy the propane fire pit in the evening or grill out on the deck overlooking the views. Wake up each morning to summer sunshine streaming through the windows at this bright and inviting home in West Dennis. Ideally positioned within walking distance of West Dennis Beach, this property will give you the relaxing summer getaway to Cape Cod that you've been dreaming of. The living space is comfortable and delightfully uncluttered, offering a charming kitchen where you can flip pancakes in the morning with your little helpers seated at the kitchen dining area with a wall of windows to let in the light. Walk home from a glorious day on the sand to light the new gas grill outside, set the table for an al fresco dinner, and watch your kids play tag in the grass as the sun begins to set.

This classic home enjoys a prime location for beach-goers, with the open-to-the-public West Dennis Beach just over half a mile south–this beach can also be seen from the cottage. When you're not swimming, sunbathing, or building castles in the sand, you'll be in a wonderful spot for riding bikes, fishing and kayaking on the Bass River, and attending the summer games of the Cape Cod Baseball League. Red Wilson Field, the home of the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox, is two miles north, as is the beautiful Bass River Golf Course if you're looking to play 18 holes. Walk to on-the-water bars and restaurants such as Ocean House, The Pelham House, The Sand Bar and Lighthouse Inn (both less than one a mile), to the local pizza restaurants, breakfast diner, and convenience store. If you're in the mood for refreshing ice cream, you're only one mile away from downtown West Dennis where you'll find plenty of ice cream parlors.

The location will appeal to both beachgoers and boaters as it has a dock with 2 kayaks and room to bring your own boat. The Bass River Marina is less than a mile away to launch your boat and pull up to the dock in the back yard of the house.

We loved everything about our stay here! I am very picky about cleanliness and the house was super clean. The decor was so nice and very cheerful. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had games to play books to read, bathrobes, towels, all the extras! Communication with Karen was excellent! The location and view cannot be beat! We sat on the back porch each night overlooking the water and could walk to the beach. It was such a pleasure coming home to this beautiful place each day after our adventures!

Well appointed home. Clean comfortable beds with cozy new linens. Great kitchen supplies - everything a family needs for cooking meals. Wonderful outdoor space with nice bikes and kayaks to use. I would stay here again; although a bit challenging with only one tiny bathroom.

Fabulous vacation in a PERFECT spot in West Dennis. Karen’s home is just lovely with thoughtful touches throughout. The bedrooms were very comfortable and one especially had a perfect view of the water. The deck and yard on the canal was a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Kayaks were great to have and proximity to beach made everything perfect. We will definitely return!

We had a wonderful time at this West Dennis escape. The home could not have been better stocked. It is an easy walk to West Dennis Beach and a great neighborhood for our morning walks. The cottage although quaint is bright and airy with numerous windows and great natural light. After spending time in Dennis over the last 40+ years this was far and away one of my favorite homes to stay in!

This home is beautifully updated and in a perfect location. Walkable to West Dennis beach but you might not even want to leave the house! The outdoor dining area and fire pit were amazing amenities. Plus kayaks you can launch right from the dock. Beach chairs and bikes were a bonus.

What a very special place to stay. The home was beautifully decorated, every bedroom was comfortable and relaxing, the kitchen literally has everything you need, the living room space was super comfy cozy and the outside deck and patio was amazing. Cannot wait to go back - highly recommend!!

My family (including our dog) loved staying at this West Dennis property! It was very clean, beautiful and a fantastic location . We loved coming home to this home after each day’s adventures. We enjoyed eating meals together in the bright, sunny kitchen and deck with the gorgeous water views.

Having never been to Cape Cod, we were looking for a comfy spot to use as home base as we explored. This house is beautiful, well-maintained and well-stocked. My kids LOVED being on the river, riding bikes to the beach and playing in the yard. The location is perfect for exploring all the Cape has to offer. Thank you!

We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation. The house had everything you could possibly needed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and the location, A+. The bathroom is on the small side but very clean. The TV’s are all smart TV’s, so you will need to download channel APPs to watch specific channels. No cable service. We are already planning next years vacation.

We had a great time! The house is as described, very clean, updated, with nice furnishings & decor throughout. There is a new central ac system which works great. The location was quiet, and the water view from the deck is very nice. The fire pit was an added bonus, great for relaxing evenings watching the sunset. There is a grill on the patio, and plenty of outdoor seating. The kitchen has everything you need, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher. The bikes provided are new, and we enjoyed using them. West Dennis beach is a short bike ride from the house. Our host was awesome, it is obvious she cares about her property, and she wants her guests to have a great experience. We highly recommend!

This property is amazing! The location is spectacular and no detail was missed. The property includes 2 kayaks, three bikes and enough beach chairs for the entire family. The kitchen has top notch appliances and completely equipped with all you would need. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable! Karen was wonderful to deal with. She is friendly, funny and quick to respond to whatever you need. She makes you feel extremely welcomed from the moment you walk inside the door. Thank you Karen and Grant. We had a wonderful week!!

We stayed for a two weeks with our family. An amazing stay with all the amenities needed. The host Karen answered all questions very quickly. We especially enjoyed the dock and being able to have our boat at our doorstep. We would definitely love to return again.
