PLEASE NOTE: When submitting a booking request please tell us what you are coming into town for and introduce yourself. We have seen an uptick in VRBO bookings by people that wish to ignore our guest policy. This leads to very unpleasant communication between us and the guests, please be transparent. This is used by management to store supplies. ::Second Floor:: Full Bathroom: Shower/Tub Bedroom 1: Two Twin Beds Bedroom 2: Full Size Bed & Mini-Crib Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: King Bed Additional Notes: All bedrooms on the second floor share one full bathroom. ::Back yard:: Upper Deck: Table with 8 Chairs Lower Deck: Gas Grill Additional Notes: The backyard is fenced in and includes a swing set for kids w/ rubber mulch. ::Basement:: Washer & Dryer Additional Notes: Basement can be used by guests to access washer and dryer. No children are permitted in the basement due to mechanicals and exposed heating and water pipes. OTHER INFORMATION We have security camera on the front of the garage and at the front door. There are no cameras or recording devices within the house. We take guest privacy extremely seriously. We find it annoying to buy these things on vacation, since they can add significant expense to the trip.
