My husband, daughter and I stayed at this beautiful casita while attending our daughter’s graduation from UA. It was lovely! Easy to access, tastefully decorated, and with a wonderful, private courtyard. The beds were extremely comfortable, too. It was nice to have peace and quiet after the busy graduation day! Colin's property was extremely clean and well-appointed. We had access to everything we needed for a week in Tucson. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views of the valley and mountains were exceptional. Colin made known that he was accessible, (but we never needed him). It is a very private and quiet area. We will definitely stay here again, as it was perfect for the two of us, and accommodated two nights with our adult daughter who lives in Arizona. This was a lovely home away from home! Thanks so much for everything, Colin.

I'm almost reluctant to write a review of this Tuscon secret treasure as it will no longer be a secret! The location is central to all things Tuscon.... the University, the Canyon, the best local dining and of course the open range skies. This quaint Casita is beautifully decorated and appointed with high end appliances and comfortable furnishings. It will be your base to rest and recharge from eventful days exploring this Arizona treasure. The hosts are wonderful, attentive and dedicated to making sure your stay the best it can be. If you are lucky enough you might also enjoy the company of Duke, the official Casita Ambassador! Highly endorsed for families and couples alike. Shhhh...don't tell anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Casita. It was thoughtfully decorated and equipped, quiet and located conveniently to the places we wanted to go. The dark sky at night was wonderful. We hope to be able to return to this lovely place - desert perfection!

This little casita is located in a great Tucson neighborhood within easy reach of city amenities and countryside for hiking. It was very comfortable for the two of us. Communication with Colin was easy as he is very responsive. We will stay here again on our next trip to Tucson.

We loved our stay at the Foothills Luxury Casita. The casita is beautifully decorated and has a great layout. The area is upscale and the location felt very safe. Our host could not have been more attentive, kind and friendly. When we arrived there were lots of wonderful snacks on hand which we really appreciated. There was an issue with the dining table being wobbly and when mentioned it was addressed right away. The casita is attached to the main home and shares a common door. The host's dog got to the door one day and was scratching it. We are all big dog lovers and I let the host know because we did not want the dog to damage the door or him to feel sad because he could not get to us. The host was very apologetic and left us a gorgeous bouquet of flowers along with a card which was quite an amazing surprise. The casita is a little cramped for three adults but I would definitely stay there again either alone or with one additional person. The dining table does need help as it became wobbly again, it is alright for dining but more challenging for work. The water pressure in the kitchen sink is very low but we did not mention it because we did not think the host could do anything about it and we did not want to bother him again. Big thumbs up overall!

This property is even better than the pictures! We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The outside space was such a nice bonus. Colin was a great host! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Upon entering this darling rental we felt right at home. So welcoming and extremely clean. It was well stocked, and there were even special treats for us. We couldn’t have wished for a better place. And our host, Colin, was so very attentive. We will come here again if back in Tucson.

This a great location, close to many amenities yet you feel safe and far away from it all when staying on the property. The hosts were very responsive to our messages and very accommodating of our requests.

The guesthouse was lovely, so many thoughtful details. Colin even went out of his way to provide a coffee grinder for my own pour-over. It was quiet and private, which was very much appreciated. Took several lovely neighborhood walks and runs in the mornings and evenings. Beautiful property and gracious hosts. Thank you!

We went to Tucson for several days of wedding festivities and stayed at the Flecha Caida estates! It was a gorgeous casita! We had a private entrance to the home which opened into a lovely kitchen, dining and living area. The bedroom was cozy and the beds were sooo comfortable. We were able to prepare a couple meals - both of which we enjoyed on the patio which boasts a stunning view of the Catalina mountains! It was also nice to be able to do a load of laundry before we left and my husband was able to work on Friday. We will definitely stay here again!

This casita is amazing! Plenty of room, beautifully decorated, comfy beds with quality linens, quiet and peaceful, a cute private courtyard perfect for morning coffee drinking, and amazing views. This is our go to rental now whenever we will be visiting Tucson.
