"Whitty Fox" is a large, recently renovated home away from home, perfectly suited for a group golf trip or family getaway. This beautifully appointed home, set in a peaceful part of Pinehurst, is just 1.3 miles from Pinehurst Village and has both fine dining and a breakfast/lunch restaurant within walking distance. Eight people have their own beds in this home that can sleep up to 14, and each of the 4 large bedrooms has an en suite bathroom. There is also a bonus room with a desk and a large day bed with a trundle, perfect for quiet/workspace and/or additional sleeping accommodations. Two king bedrooms are on the main level and upstairs you'll find the bonus/trundle room along with two large bedrooms, each of which has 2 queen beds. All of the bedrooms have smart TVs with the most popular apps and a subscription to Hulu Live TV.
The main level has everything you need to be entertained including a pool table, card tables, and a foosball table. The kitchen has a double oven and is fully furnished with utensils and cookware for baking and cooking. It also has an oversized refrigerator as well as two dishwashers for quick and easy clean-up. A large living room opens to the kitchen and a sun-drenched dining area that can seat twelve. Outside you'll find a beautiful brick courtyard equipped with a gas grill and comfy furniture for outdoor dining and relaxing. The home also has a private, in-ground saltwater pool for cooling off in the hot summer months.

We had family and friends traveling to the area for a wedding. So, several of us stayed at the Pinehurst home. What a great find! Super location, very clean, great accommodations, quiet neighborhood, etc, etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy each other’s company. Kelly was responsive and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We had one minor electric issue with a GFI breaker and Kelly had someone at the house the next morning…fixed it in a jiffy. Absolutely no regrets, we’ll stay again when we’re back in the Pinehurst area.

Stayed for 4 days/3 nights in July for an annual golf trip and loved the property. Immaculate condition, all the bells and whistles to keep the boys entertained, and a fantastic pool to help cool down after the round. Both the pool and pool table were used frequently and the kitchen was well stocked for our Sunday dinner. I asked everyone and the general consensus was that it was great and we'd definitely consider coming back again if available next year. The only complaint I really heard (and would agree with) is that the double fireplace had a residual odor that made the entire first floor smell like a camp site. Didnt really bother us but was definitely noticeable. Also worth mentioning that the 'bonus room' listed in the description is the same room that contains the twin beds which is just a day bed with two pull out twins. It is not '2 twin beds AND a bonus room with a day bed' as I incorrectly interpreted the description. Just meant that one guy had to share a king, we made it work, but wanted to call it out for anyone with a party of 8 wanting to make sure everyone has their own bed. Kelly, the host, was fantastic, super responsive, and very helpful with us getting the bedding and lighting figured out at the home. Appreciate her letting us stay and looking forward to next year.

WONDERFUL!! This property was exactly as advertised in the pictures and the description! We would definitely make the 4.5 hour drive again to stay at this beautiful home. The only thing we'd do differently on our next trip is stay longer! The house was very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out & have privacy. The indoor amenities kept the teens occupied & the pool was everyones favorite. The back patio was the perfect evening spot for relaxing. Kelly was very responsive to all of our needs & the house was well stocked with everything we needed but the food! Beds were comfortable in all the rooms, TV's in all the rooms was a definite plus & the kitchen pots/pans were in great if not new condition! Can't wait for our return trip!

This was a great property! Plenty of space. Extremely well stocked with towels (pool & bathroom), detergent (dishwasher & washing machine), paper towels and a ton of kitchen items! There was even a Keurig machine and traditional drip coffee machine. Fun for all ages with the pool, pool table, games and foosball table. Great location - close to Pinehurst and all surrounding courses. The two dishwashers are now a luxury I want in my own home!! Great getaway - the owners have thought of everything!!

Had an amazing time at the home. It was in a perfect location, a very short drive to the Pinehurst Clubhouse. Great yard and back porch for grilling and hanging out with a large pool. Enough room in the house for everyone to have their own space. Extremely clean and updated, and the host was attentive and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

My brother in law got married the weekend we stayed at this lovely home and it was perfect! We had plenty of room for the groom to get ready on his wedding day. There was ample upstairs space for the baby to nap in quiet while everyone else was downstairs getting ready. The pool area was beautiful and we would have loved to have more time to spend there if the weather was nicer. The house was well appointed and very well decorated. We would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing house for our family to gather for a Wedding Shower!! We were a party of 9 and had plenty of room. Kitchen is awesome - so awesome we did an online Sur La Table cooking class while the guys played golf. We are already planning a trip back to Pinehurst based on staying at this house.

Kelly was a fantastic property manager and responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. The house was amazing and became the hangout spot for our local friends. Everyone had their own space and the pool was amazing. I hope the house is available for our 17th trip in 2023. Thanks again Kelly for the gift card. We ate there on Sunday and the food was amazing.

We had a great stay with 2 grandparents, 2 adults, and 3 kids. The pool was a great refresher to a hot day. It is not heated but it wasnt necessary in August. All the bedrooms had full baths attached, which was also nice for a large family.

A group of 12 visited Pinehurst for a golf trip and this home was perfect for our stay. Plenty of bedrooms and space both indoors and out. The home is well stocked and was very clean. I'd recommend this home if you are looking for a place to stay on a golf trip in Pinehurst.

This property was perfect for our family! Four adult couples, two children (ages 4,6) and one baby (11 months). The four bedrooms (all with en suite and generous closets) accommodated the adults as well as the kids (upstairs bedrooms both had two queen beds in them)! An extra small room upstairs was perfect for the 11 month old! So close to quaint village of Pinehurst! We golfed at Talamore and Mid-South. Both courses very close (10-15 minutes). Outdoor space is outstanding!

Kelly, the property manager, was easily accessible when needed. The house was clean and well decorated. We loved the large sunroom and the kids loved the pool! The only negative was the railroad tracks close to the house, so one night we could hear a train passing by in the middle of the night.

I travel a lot and think I have a good idea of what high-end accommodations look like… and this house was “on brand” as my wife would say. The house had some of the nicest furniture I have seen, was clean, and had every toy a guys weekend could want. Pool table… football…. Poker tables… it was just awesome. And if it was warmer for us, I would have loved to have out by the pool. I can’t imagine a more perfect place for a guys golf weekend in Pinehurst!

Had a wonderful time with our family! Our extended family also came for a day and we celebrated Christmas. We loved the very large dining table as we gathered around to eat. Everyone enjoyed the fun game rooms from ages 4 to 86! We had plenty of room to spread out. Good area to walk around the beautiful neighborhood! Would definitely come back again!

GREAT house for our family holiday!

This was a perfect house for our family, which included 3 generations returning to Pinehurst for our annual Thanksgiving celebration and vacation. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out and lots to entertain the kids. The kitchen and dining area is wonderfully stocked to prep, serve and clean up for a crowd! We will be thrilled to return next Thanksgiving, if not before!

We were in town for a friend's 50th birthday. Two people in our group are avid golfers. With all of the golf courses in the area they were able to get in a couple of rounds on some really nice courses. Others in our group enjoyed the local restaurants, scenic tree lined streets and the great weather. The house was super clean, with more than enough space for our group. We would definitely stay again. In addition, Kelly was a great and responsive host.
