You'll be steps away from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a 25-mile bike trail that expands across 6 Cape Cod towns, where you can walk, run, or bike daily. A neighboring retired cranberry bog provides a lovely oasis to enjoy on a morning walk. Take the complimentary canoe out for a sunrise paddle, then enjoy fresh coffee on the back deck or take in the sunshine in the beautiful light soaked sunroom. The house is minutes away from downtown Harwich, a quick stop for restaurants, grocery stores, and activities for the family with go-karts, bumper boats and trampoline park. This home is also less than five miles from both the bay and open ocean beaches.

Decompress in the light-filled main living room with an open concept, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. This single story home houses three bedrooms with added area downstairs to rest and play. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and 32” flat-screen TV. The bright en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with a sparkling walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have comfy full-size beds. One has a flat-screen TV and a desk. A pristine walk-in shower rounds out the main bathroom. An outdoor shower offers an open-air refresh after your sandy day at the beach.

Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a canoe, books, games, pool table, ping pong, air hockey, and a washer/dryer for added convenience.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
