Downstairs is a queen bedroom, with the remaining four upstairs, including an enormous main suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom, another king room, a queen, and one with matching twin beds.

What a treat for us! We enjoyed our stay so much. The pool was so refreshing in 90° temps. The air conditioning inside was perfect. The house was clean and perfect for us. We had a wonderful getaway. It was in between Scottsdale and phoenix so we made trips to each place to medieval times and the desert botanical gardens. We will for sure go back!

Met up with siblings and we all stayed here while in town visiting our parents. The house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room to socialize indoors and outdoors (the covered kitchen/grill and seating area outside is fantastic). It also has spacious bedrooms that allowed for everyone to go to bed and wake up at different times without bothering each other. Would definitely recommend to others and will look to stay here again on future visits.

We loved our stay here! The house is very spacious and accommodating for a group. The pool was clean and lovely. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for BBQing and socializing.

Very nice, clean house. We had hoped to utilize the patio more, but unusual wet/cold weather prevented that. One suggestion is that you update your check-in to reflect a key pad enterance versus a lock box.

House met our needs except the kitchen was poorly equipped if you plan on eating meals at the home. There were six of us planning to eat breakfast and dinner at the home. There were 5 forks, keurig coffee maker didn't work, ice maker didn't work, no storage containers for leftovers, frying pans were non stick, no steak knives. Good location, could be a great home if they would spend a few dollars and equip the kitchen.

We were in town for a baseball tournament, and this place was perfect. Had plenty of space for the five of us and could definitely accommodate at least 3 more comfortably.

Pool & outdoor kitchen were amazing. Kitchen is poorly stocked. Simple essentials like a spatula and a colander were missing. Otherwise, gorgeous home with lots of room.

This house was wonderful! It was immaculate! Close to the park for our grandsons. Great neighborhood. The outdoor kitchen is amazing. The only problem was the pool isn’t heated so we couldn’t use it because it got down to 40 degrees at night. The patio furniture is just plastic chairs with no lounge chairs. 2 of the chairs broke and the Vacasa staff was wonderful and replaced the chairs the next day. Wonderful communication! I would recommend this house . The kitchen was great! Five star!

Thank you for providing such a beautiful home fo my family to stay in. I brought my mom and her siblings to AZ to see their other sibling for probably the last time as all 5 are aging. The house worked so well for a quiet fun place for them to be to reminisce about their childhood. Beautiful home that was so clean and it meant all of our needs.

Our stay was perfect at Serenity Awaits. Very spacious house. The backyard was so nice to enjoy the sunshine and grill in the outdoor kitchen. We loved the location to walk over to the Surprise community park with our family, too.

Beautiful house in a great location. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the sleeping quarters/upstairs was not working and temperatures were above 100° in Arizona. Making the sleeping quarters extremely uncomfortable. Unable to sleep due to the heat. A half a dozen calls were made to Vacasa to try to get this resolved. Each time the communication was unacceptable with no answer or timeframe given for a repair. It took 24 hours and A lot of my personal time to get that answer. Staff would never return our call. We were always chasing them. Giving them time in between each call to get it sorted. Our group reached out to Vacasa and asked for a compensation of one night stay and were denied repeatedly. Attempts were made to speak to someone and the replies are almost always the same. “We are sorry for the overload in messages calls and emails but if you need further help please don’t hesitate to reach out again”. It is just a constant circle and a never ending battle to get to try to talk to somebody. Our group and the people who we share our experiences with will definitely choose not to go with any property managed by Vacasa. There is a lack of integrity and they do not stand behind what they advertise. If I was a homeowner with a property on VRBO I would never select Vacasa to manage.

Not what we expected, not very well furnished. One bedroom didn't have a closet, very small no night stands looked to be an office. Pool area and out door kitchen were very nice. Nice neighborhood very quiet.
