Thank you for your interest in our property. This is an unmatched location. Walk to one of the most beautiful beaches: Petoskey State Park. Hop on the Little Traverse Wheel Way: Located on the Bike Path. In the fall, minutes away from the Tunnel of Trees, during the winter 5 minutes from Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob. Doesn't matter the season, this home is perfectly located for enjoyment of all seasons. This home has room to sleep 6, with brand new carpet and flooring for 2021 as well as new beds, and paint....Be one of the first to book your reservation.

Super location in Petoskey, right outside of the state park. We enjoyed the beach, local shops and ice cream. Took a short drive to Mackinaw City and a trip to the island. Property was very, very clean and we had everything we needed. Host was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend staying here!

Petoskey is one of our favorite places and we love how close the condo is to everything. The state park with its beautiful beach is incredibly close and a great way to spend the afternoon.

I was very pleased with my rental of this townhouse. The property was in a very accessible location. It was clean, and everything worked. The property manager was SUPER in communicating, as he answered all of my questions in advance of the rental date and was very cooperative when I needed to check in in the middle of the night. Five stars all around.

Great location between ski hills, Petosky and Harbor Springs. Comfortable, clean and very nice inside. We needed a two bedroom two bath since we are a family of four that ski multiple days in a row. Having the third bath was a huge help. Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed while we were there. Host was very friendly and crazy fast to respond to questions. Loved that there was not an elaborate check out list. We will rent again next season for sure.

We booked this property because we wanted to ski at Nubs Nob and it was only 5 miles away. It was a nice quiet location. The home was very clean and well stocked with paper products, dishes, cookware and utensils. The large family room was perfect for family game night. We had everything we needed. The dryer was very helpful when we needed to dry our soaked ski clothing so we could go back out later on. I would stay here again.

We made a short trip to the area and it was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. It had everything we needed and was tucked in a wooded area so we could enjoy the fall colors. The host was wonderful. It made for a great trip!

Excellent stay at the condo very close to Petoskey State Park. The pre-visit exchange with the owner went very smooth, with him answering my questions promptly and thoroughly. Check in was a breeze! The condo was spotless and well stocked for all of our needs. Great layout, with both en-suite bedrooms upstairs and a half bath on first floor. The beds were very comfortable and the cooling was great to have during the hot days. Awesome to have the washer and dryer, along with the detergent. The condo location was great with walking distance next to State Park (beautifu!) and across the street from Toski-Sands (excellent store for every food and beverage need (organic fruits/veggies, excellent deli and fresh fish, great cheeses and wine. section, etc). Had a wonderful time! Highly recommend this condo and location!

This rental was clean and felt new. Had a great location: close to Boyne Highlands and walking distance to the State Park, groceries. Condo was well stocked with laundry detergent, soap, coffee filters, etc. Owner was helpful and super responsive.

This condo was very basic, but it served its purpose. The finishes are chipped laminate countertops, but the floors were new, which was nice. The beds were comfortable unless you don’t like sleeping on a soft mattress. The TV was pretty small compared to other places I have rented. It was not much bigger than my large computer monitor at home. The two futons were not very comfortable for sitting for long periods of time. The back deck is right next to the woods, so there is not much light coming in through the windows. You can also hear the road noise upstairs in the morning, since the condo is right next to a very busy road. We had a noise machine so that helped. There are ceiling fans in the room and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, plates, cups, pots/pans. We used paper plates most of the time, but we did have some cups and plates I wanted to wash in the dishwasher, but that wasn’t even attached to the countertop so I couldn’t even use it. I gave this four-star since I have stayed in a condo on a marina that was fully stocked and had top-of-the-line furnishings.

My husband and I, along with my two adult sons and a daughter in-law stayed in the condo for a family wedding in the area.
Michael, the condo owner was very responsive to all communications during both the booking process and during our stay. We had a difficult situation occur when we had returned from lunch to get ready for the wedding and the door keypad would not open! Michael worked with us and did all he could to get us access and to the wedding on time. Things can go wrong anywhere, but it’s how the owners handle something like this this that make it a 5 star property or not. Thank you Michael for all your help!
The condo is a comfy place to sleep in a great location but if you’re looking for cute homey decor type of place this is not that.
As we were getting ready for a wedding, I would recommend the addition of an iron and ironing board and a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms.
Highly recommend the property if you are in the area.

This property and location was perfect for our busy family of 4, just a skip and hop away from Harbor Springs and Petosky. Kids had their own bathroom and my husband and I had our own. We were able to enjoy the bike trails and visit Kilwins in the evening. Grocery stores were close by and so was a Starbucks! We will definitely be back!

The place is lacked hospitality. Sure we had beds, bathrooms and a kitchen but that's about it. No dressers to put our clothes in and only 4 hangers in the closet. The back patio looked as if it hadn't had any attention since the weather got warm. Cobwebs everywhere. My mistake was also to assume they would have some of the basic necessities, such as coffee. Nope. Overall, the place is very conveniently located but it did lack character and warmth.

The cleanliness of the condo is something to be noted as I feel not every place takes the care and concern that they do here! Very close to the state park, downtown and other areas of interest! Spent the weekend at this property with my husband and brother and sis in law! Went to Highlands bike park and walked to Petoskey brewery. Perfect location and rental was clean with all the necessary amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect central/private location right next to the Petoskey State Park entrance. All the amenities you need to settle in and set up your home-away-from-home. Full kitchen made it super convenient to make late dinners and all the stores you need are within minutes. The king bed was very comfortable (so important)! Tons of hiking, biking and shoreline walks. All around great place. Would definitely stay again. Thank You!

Great value! Wonderful stay. The location was fantastic for our trip. Local skiing and quality food sites were nearby; ~10-15min drive. The home was clean and roomy for our needs. Our group enjoyed the comforts of this site. The host made our check-in and check-out easy. A courtesy mid-stay check-up during our stay was well appreciated. We would prioritize staying here for upcoming Harbor Springs trips.

Great place with a fantastic owner. Love the location, very quiet. Was able to accommodate all of my last minute adjustments. Be aware that all the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, it wasn’t an issue for us but if my elderly parents was traveling with us it would have been a problem. The photos are of a 2 story so I should’ve realized. I will gladly rent again when in the area!

We had a lovely time. Skied at Nubs Nob, which is about 10-15 minutes away.
The only issue was that the listing said the condo has a fireplace, but it doesn't (the "fireplace" is a space heater gizmo with a fireplace display).
