Speaking of fresh air, the seasonal shared pool, hot tub, grilling area, and basketball courts will be sure to give every guest unlimited options for fun. Not to mention, this is the closest you can get to the beach, as the gate to beach access is right outside your back door! When you find yourself having a bit of downtime at home base, why not hop into the full kitchen and whip up a tasty meal for the whole gang? With granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all of the cookware you could need, there will be no recipe too complicated. And, you can end each night by kicking back in the living room as a favorite movie plays on the flatscreen TV before hitting the hay.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

There were issues with the toilet, the handle was broken and we had to remove the lid to flush. There were centipedes in the bathroom, carpet and kitchen. The condo was comfortable. Easy access to the beach right outside the door. Would stay there again.

The location was great but the place is too moldy and smelly because of all the humid during the summer season.

It was cozy and relaxing. Had everything you needed to stay for a few days. Two suggestions: fix the bathroom toilet handle and make sure the sheets are dry before putting them on the bed. At least we know they were washed!!😁 overall great stay.

I had no idea you had a view from the living space of the ocean and it was only a short walk to the beach! That was the best part of course! The home was nice and quiet, and we met so many kind people.

I very much enjoy the area and the condo was very nice. The problem was we arrived for a 4PM check in and housekeeper was in there till 4:45! We just sat in our car for almost an hour. This was aggravating since we had driven from Woodinville for a two day stay! Once we finally got in it was very nice.

we loved being close to the beach. Just a matter of few steps. Also just outside the gate is a nice walking trail. Home was well stocked and spacious.

The location is perfect! Walk out the back door to the path that takes you quickly to the beach, or up to a lovely paved path that one can bike or jog on. Met a couple of year-round residents and they were super friendly to chat with.

Great location for the pups, easy access to the beach, more kitchen ware than expected. Cute condo, we have stayed in just about every building here, this has been a Top 2 for us. Great breeze with the windows open to air out unit.

We loved it here it was clean. Only a few problems like the master bath toilet literally never stops running. Looking back aug 2022 this was also mentioned. I should have taken it more seriously. 10$ in parts would fix this simple issue. And very minimal cooking supplies, like cooking pans. People usually cook atleast one meal a day and only having one pan is tough. Otherwise we absolutely loved it here. And would definitely be back. Very clean and beautiful!

Disappointed in the exterior & interior condition of the property. Appears to have serious structural problems that workers work on while people are staying in them. Found carpenter ants in the kitchen. We had to air out our unit for hours from the smell of onions. Dried noodles in the pots. When asked for more kitchen garbage bags, told no we have been given our allotment. We stayed for 3 nights & cooked all meals. Went & bought our own garbage bags. A little out there when you pay a cleaning fee. Left a bad taste.

The condo was very comfortable, with a peek a boo view of the ocean. Being on the first floor, you could walk out and be on the beach in under 2 min. The kids and I had a great time surfing and exploring the beach. It was also perfect for our two dogs who got to run and swim to their hearts content. What a great weekend!

Really cool location. Great for families. The condo is very spacious and has everything you need. (Except the ice maker was broken). Easy beach access. Easy drive to market, marina district, restaurants, etc…

Overall nicely kept unit. Very nice to have such close access to beach, but a lot of traffic out your window so curtains closed if you want any privacy. Plenty of plates, pots, pans, utensils, but lacking basic pantry essentials , some expired (over a year) Spacious kitchen but only one dish towel? Coffee maker didn’t work. Hot water was hot, cold water was warm. Main office says it was plumbed that way? Wanted to try Jetted tub but discouraged by visible mildew in the jets. Beds were great for our needs. Linens clean & well stocked. Great books & games for the family.

We arrived to a very clean and well presented unit. You could see the person that vacuumed took great pride in doing a great job - important when there is sand just outside the door! The property was fantastic. Very close to beach, heated pool, very good fitness equipment (with logs for mainenance/upkeep!), outdoor shower to clean sand off before going inside. Grounds were well maintained. The toilet in the master bath gurgled a lot - not an issue, but the owner should have the mechanism replaced - its a waste of water. Lastly, there seemed to be a millipede problem - by the end of our trip, we spotted several inside along the floor trim. They're harmless, just icky.

It was as listed, steps away from the ocean and was clean and nicely appointed. All in all, my family will be back to this unit when it is available at different times of the year other than high season. Not even very busy during high season, for the amount of units located there. All people were friendly and respectful. :-)

We stayed here with out three small kids and had an amazing time! The condo is super spacious and stocked with everything we needed. Loved the location right next to the beach. It was great being on the ground floor so we could just walk right out to the beach. Would stay here again!
