This earthy Scottsdale townhouse offers comfort and convenience for you and your family on your next vacation. Highlights include central AC that keeps everyone cool, a patio and balcony, and a nearby community pool.

In addition to the main living room, this home also has a TV room (Netflix streaming available with your own account) with a sectional. So, there’s no shortage of places to kick back for some rest and relaxation. The home also has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar seating, and a dining room that seats four. The three-bedroom home has a dedicated workspace in one bedroom should there be any need to do any remote work or schooling.

Just beyond the home, a shared pool and tennis courts are available to guests at The McCormick Scottsdale.

The condo we rented was clean and well-equipped. The wi-fi signal was a bit weak, but we got by fine. The lock box was a bit tricky to open. We appreciated access to the pool and found the food at the Pinion Grill to be tasty.

I stayed at the property last week, door is very hard to open, and we had issues with getting in its so jammed. light bulbs didn't work either in hall so we couldn't see anything as we arrived at 8pm. the property is dated, but its a good size. I immediately contacted Vacasa with photos on how dirty the property was. it looks like surface cleans have been done for a long time as there are webs everywhere and, in all corners, dust and dirt is very evident. the air conditioner is very dirty too and I feel like we all got sick because of this. The carpet is old and stained and needs a good deep clean. overall, this property needs a really good deep clean. we could not use any of the outdoor furniture. and despite reporting this, it was never rectified during our stay.

In renting a condo, one would think that either the owner or Vacasa would have made sure that the shower was working. They didn't! Vacasa was not responsive to having someone come to the condo to fix the problem after it was reported on the first day of occupancy.

Excellent location. Home was overall nice and comfortable. Could not get internet to work in home. A recommendation would be to have a book at home with information about rental including internet and amenities. Pool was mentioned but information on how to get to pool and what it offered was not included in basic online description.
