LIVING AREA

The Great Room is detailed with a large smart TV. Hours of fun await in the game room, complete with ping-pong, a wet bar, and a mini-fridge.

KITCHEN & DINING

The gourmet kitchen is configured with high-end appliances. The large island seats six, while the dining table seats nine.

BED & BATH

The primary suite features a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second suite sports a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a huge walk-in shower for two.

The third and fourth suites both have a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fifth suite holds a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The sixth suite provides two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and a half bath adds convenience.

LOCATION

Incredible Palmilla amenities include the elegant resort-style pool (heated and open year-round) -- rent a private cabana to experience ultimate poolside luxury.

You’ll also enjoy food service and air-conditioned bathrooms across the boardwalk at the groomed private beach. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

Situated by the Gulf, the newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play, with inspired greens and lush fairways lined with native grasses.

For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, the Agave Poolside Cantina, and the award-winning Black Marlin Seaside Grill.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is a beautiful beach house. We appreciated the elevator since the main living room/kitchen is on the 3rd floor. The kids loved the bunk room. The adults loved having their own bathroom in every bedroom. The ping pong table was a hit. It is close to guest services and the fitness center. Everything was clean! We can't wait to come back!

This is our 5th vacation to the area and our 2nd stay at this home. The home is spacious with plenty of room for our party of 16. The house is well stocked with plenty of towels and starter household items. We did have several maintenance issues this time. The shower in the master bathroom would not drain at all. We found this out the first night and it was rather later but I did put in a message for service. Luckily my husband is handy and had his work bag in the truck. He was able to take out the covering to the drain and unclog it. It was full of gunk, hair, etc. hard to believe that this wasn’t an issue prior to our stay or housekeeping didn’t notice it. Some of the toilets were also slow to drain. Maintenance did respond the next day to check things out. They said it was a water issue in the area the day before. The next night we went to use the dryer on the first floor and that would not run as well. I put in another message but seeing it was the weekend.. no one came out. That wasn’t that big of a deal because luckily the house has 2 sets. We also rented golf carts, beach chair set up, Oasis pool during our stay. The food at the Oasis pool was really good. We checked out Red’s porch one night for dinner. It took awhile to get our food and the pool food was actually more enjoyable. There is access to the golf course from the back of the house also. The kids loved playing in that area in the evening during our last stay but there were so many mosquitos out that we weren’t able to go on the porch or outside without being attacked. Overall we love Port A and will be back.

We loved relaxing in this beautiful home enjoying the breathtaking views of the gulf and watching the golfers play on the course. The home was immaculate and furnished perfectly. It has everything needed to relax and enjoy a family vacation.

Plenty of room and great setup for a large group. Renting a golf cart is helpful-would be nice if one came with the house.

WARNING our children got stuck in the elevator. It stopped with them inside. Thankfully we knew how to talk the kids through opening the security latch from inside the elevator but if we hadn't known that, we would have had to call the fire department. Unable to get through to anyone competent with the management company. Said they would send someone out to fix it the next day as well as a representative from the mgmnt company, but that never happened and they never returned call. On top of their terrible communication before we even showed up (no response to questions, unclear check in instructions).

This is a beautiful home and fit the needs of 16 of our family members ver well. However, renters should be aware that they need to bring ALL household items with them including toilet paper! 6 of the 8 bathrooms had 0 toilet paper in it and the other 2 about a quarter of a roll each. There was no hand soap, no dish soap,(only dishwasher pods) no trash bags except for ones in the trash can, of course no shampoo or body wash of any kind, which meant we had to make a trip to the store to even be able to use the bathrooms. If this home is not even going to provide a starter roll of toilet paper that should be made very clear before the renter gets there!

We loved everything about this house. So spacious, lots of bathrooms, amazing view of the golf course and the beach, comfortable beds, and wonderful amenities. Will definitely come back to this house!
