Over 4900 sq ft of open living space makes this ideal for large families in a secluded gated community. Amazing escape from reality backing up onto national forest but just minutes away from civilization. Black out curtains in 2 bedrooms. 4 TVs, DVD players, board games, hiking trails from backyard, horseshoe pit, 4 burner BBQ grill, full chefs kitchen, dual gas heating and dual zone A/C with instant hot water loop. Just couple minute drive to Christoper Creek. Amazing views! Amazing weather! Premier Host!

Property, neighborhood, property manager all top notch! Property was gorgeous and spaceous for our family and friends to unwind. The open living/dining area allowed for great family meals, game time and conversation. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the large deck and played pool in the basement. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and cozy. The entire house was stocked with all the necessities. The house is located in a nice quite neighborhood amongst the pines. Property manager was very responsive and easy to work with.

My husband and I spent a fantastic month here with our small dog. We will definitely be back again with our grown daughters, as there is plenty of space for a few families. The house is beautiful, the location is awesome, and the communication was great! I would absolutely recommend this home for anyone looking to spend an extended time in the Christopher Creek and Payson area. One thing to note, the back area is not fenced off, so if you bring your furry friend, make sure they’re not a runner 😂

We had as many as 9 adults at the property for a musicians retreat. There was plenty of room to set up and practice and it didn't get in the way of all our living space. The rooms were nice sized and the area surrounding the property was beautiful.

This house feels like „home“ the second you walk in. It was PERFECT for us-right downstairs to the Oldhausen pool table. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Brian was super to deal with

This was an amazing cabin in a great location. The neighborhood was very quiet for a Holiday weekend. The home had everything we needed and was able to accommodate our family. We will definitely be staying here again! 5 Stars!

This place is outstanding. I have rented vacation rentals for many years all across the world, and this cabin offers one of the best experiences. The owners are wonderful and their communication is impeccable. The cabin is massive (4800 sqft) with 3 living areas on 3 floors with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It can easily accommodate several families with a huge bedroom and mezzanine to accommodate all the kids. This cabin has all modern amenities with a pool table and a bar on the lower level. You can enjoy the snow in the winter and cosy up to 4 fireplaces…. Or you can appreciate the cooler weather in the summer (~30F lower than the valley). You can also enjoy the beautiful views from inside or from the decks. You are immersed in the tall ponderosa pines and the view of the Arizona Rim country. The cabin is located in a small and spacious gated community. You have a few restaurants and bars options within less than 5 min (Christopher Creek and Kohl’s Ranch). A wide variety of hiking trails, lakes, and fishing options are minutes away. The cabin is located a short drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor (~1.5 hrs) and 20 minutes from Payson. I would highly recommend this cabin to anybody!

We have a new favorite place to stay in AZ! This house was unreal for all it offers. We loved the location and the fact it’s in a gated community, it has a tucked away feel to it but it’s also a real quick drive into town. It was immaculately kept and definitely has a luxury feel to it but still cozy enough that you feel comfortable relaxing. The kids loved the hiking trails which are accessible from just behind the property. The deck is amazing and we got a lot of use out of the grill. The internet speed was strong and we were able to do everything we needed to online without issues. Bedrooms are quite large and we’re now hooked on the instant hot water! Great communication and clear instructions with the owner. When you take into consideration the location, the indoor/outdoor flow of the house, and amenities I don’t think we’ll be staying anywhere else when we come to the Payson area.
