Your private pier includes a swinging swim rope, paddle board, and swim mat. Outdoor fire pit and a slight non-steep elevation offers easy access to the lake/pier. Okauchee Lake has several restaurants/bars to visit by boat, so much fun to have!
This Tourist Rooming House is inspected annually and is currently licensed by Waukesha County Division of Environmental Health, ID No. HDEH-CMTPJY. Wis. § Statutes 66.1014 allows for a 6-night minimum. The well water is also tested annually by Waukesha County Division of Environmental Health.
You're welcome to park your own boat and jet skis at the pier during your stay.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with queen-size bed is on the upper level with a newly renovated master bath with quartz counters and walk-in tiled shower. The bedroom includes a walk-in closet, reading nook, and beautiful sunrises and lake views.
Bedroom 2 is on the upper level with a queen-size bed and walk-in closet. this bedroom has its own private half bath across the hall.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and is on the main floor. There are no steps from the garage to this bedroom. The walk-in closet has a desk for a lap top. There is a full bath with quartz counters and a walk-in tiled shower across the hall.
Bedroom 4 has a queen-size bed and is in the lower level. The bedroom has a full patio door with lake views for egress and includes a closet.
All 3 levels have zoned heating and cooling, which means each level has its own thermostat.
Common Area: The common area in the lower level has a full-size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. This area also has a full-size patio door with lake views and easy access to the pier. The lower level has a laundry room with a washer, dryer, toilet and sink.

The large quartz island seats 8 people and there is also a dining table that seats 4. There is a 2.75 attached car garage plus additional parking in the driveway.
Okauchee Lake is a 1,210 acre lake located in Waukesha County between Madison and Milwaukee. It has a maximum depth of 90 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from public boat landings. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye.

For everyone's safety and security, we have one outdoor video camera at the driveway entrance. We also live nearby if you need us.

Okauchee Lake has many bays around the lake’s shoreline making it great for boating, swimming and fishing. The large body of the main lake easily accommodates boats of all shapes and sizes, making it fun for anyone who loves the lake lifestyle.
Be sure to check out some local favorite restaurants like Smoke On The Water, which offers great outdoor seating with lake views! While the menu has plenty of barbecue options, they have also have pizza, seafood and more.
Another waterfront restaurant is The Golden Mast, which offers both casual and fine dining. For more casual outdoor or indoor dining, The Hideaway Bar & Grill is a great place for tacos, burgers, drinks and more. They also occasionally have DJ music on Friday nights. The Hideaway is walking distance (half mile) from your vacation rental or a short boat ride away.
Another local favorite is Foolery's Liquid Therapy. The offer great grilled food and they have the best cheese curds! Enjoy an after-dinner drink on the patio overlooking the Lake, fun place to go for boat watching on the pier.
Gondola Bistro, Café, and Wine Bar offers handcrafted coffee beverages, pastries, fine wines, and casual Italian cuisine. Piggly Wiggly and Kwik Trip for groceries and gas is only 2 miles away. Downtown Oconomowoc beach, shops and restaurants are only 4.7 miles away, a 10 minute drive. If you would like to go for a beautiful nature hike, check out Nature Hill Nature Center, which is only 3.3 miles away.
